When we checked in at 11 pm there was no mention of a water crisis. There was one guy at the door who looked like a concierge or bell boy, but he did not lift a finger to help us with the luggage nor greet us. Imagine the feeling when you turned on the shower there was ZERO water. Off...

A comfortable hotel that included breakfast in the rate. The hotel was ok for a short stay. Nothing special, but the room was clean and bed comfortable. Access to the area of the hotel I stayed was a unusual journey of lifts, a covered walk way between buildings and stairs. Breakfast was satisfactory...I had a tasty omelette!

We stayed only 1 night as we were traveling to Malaka. We stayed in the bridge wing. Very nice, clean room.Maybe a little small when you would stay longer, but for us it had everything we needed. Very friendly staff. We had dinner in a restaurant on the ground floor, not belonging to the hotel.Very convenient for us. We would sure recommend the hotel,and...

I was in Manjung for a company event. Overall stay was alright. The room conditioning was a bit noisy but the good thing is you won't be able to hear any noise from the outside street/road. Staffs were friendly and they even offered a Complimentary breakfast which I did not managed to try.

Off to Lumut again and everytime the problem is where to stay. Have stayed at the Orient Star which was a big mistake, tried the Marina Pangkor which was quite ok so this time I decided to try this place. Reservation was done through the official hotel website which entitled you to a RM35 food credit that can be used...

Stayed for 2 nights in the bridge wing. Clean room, clean sheets, clean toilet. Be careful with the hot shower. Best to let the water run, test it and go in. Amenities provided are adequate. WiFi signal is fine in my room although I see many reviews saying it to be weak. Breakfast is simple menu of bread, egg, salad,...

Room set up is exactly the same as high end hotel but with lower value furniture & fittings. Yet it's complete and not lacking. Room is spacious and rain shower area has a wide area. You will get 2 bottles of mineral water too. Room safe fits a laptop. Covered car park (foc) is located across the road at the...

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Formerly known as Lead View Hotel, there are 2 building blocks that make up the hotel: Main Wing & Bridge Wing. Check out their website for clearer idea of all their room type offerings. Main Wing is the newer nicer wing and is more visually appealing as it underwent a complete major renovation...

Overall the experience was great. Some little comment I have though is the air-con in the room was directly above the bed, blowing the air directly to my face. And not sure if the toilet ventilation is working or not.
