Good economical one night accommodation in Lumut for those with own vehicles. Friendly reception. Room was nice. Bed was good. Bathroom was ok. Although it was a front room, there was really no window as they have been sealed. The only window was in the attached bathroom which was a level lower than the bedroom. But this did not matter to us for a good night stay (we arrived early evening and departed early morning. Near enough (1 km) to drive to Lumut town for meals and a bit of shopping (dried preserved seafood).

The room is clean and smell fresh. The room is spacious and the ventilation fan is strong enough to make the room always smell fresh. The enforcement to prevent hotel guest from smoking is a fine of RM100.00. It is very good. Hotel staff is friendly and they will make up your room with your permission. There are also ample parking space right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended.

Budget hostel though not located at city center. You will need to drive or get taxi to the town (Setiawan or Lumut town) or beach (Teluk Batik or Teluk Senangin). The room is clean and quite new. There is WIFI but weak signal in the room. Only usable at the reception area.

We attended a wedding in Seri Manjung and booked a room for one night for 2 person. Initially, I wanted to book a 3 or 4 star hotel but I can't get the one nearest to my event location. I took a risk and it paid off. This budget hotel really surprised me in a good way. Overall the room is just as good as other premier hotels or at times even better. Here are my observations; Pros. 1. Room and bathroom was very clean. 2. Spacious. 3. TV channel not bad, movie and sports channels included. 4. Enough car park. 5. The hotel has its own cafe next door. Guests can dine in or order food from front desk to be sent to the room, just like room service. 6. Front desk was very helpful. 7. For anyone leaving to Pangkor Island this hotel is about 1.5KM away from Lumut town or Pangkor jetty. Cons. 1. Cigarettes smells or may be I am staying in a smoking room. Note: Two types of rooms, with and without windows. Please request before arriving.
