It was affordable and the marketing PIC was friendly and professional when collaborating. The reply was made quick and the food was nice and affordable too. The staff was friendly too. The instructor was fine but the snorkeling was rather disappointing perhaps due to pollution. But overall activities are good and enjoyable

We chose Coral Bay because it was cheap (£21 a night), central and had a pool. It certainly delivered on all of those things. It did say that the hotel was family friendly and the weekend we arrived was the end of the school holidays so the pool area was packed full of families, screeching kids with litter and dirty...

The hotel is clean and comfortable but is now looking rather tired. It could really do with being redecorated. The air conditioning in the rooms also needs upgrading as their is little control. The staff are helpful and the location convenient just a 2 minute walk from the beach. The breakfast is fine but could also do with reworking, using...

We visited as a family in January 2017. The hotel is good and so we thought it would be ideal for our first family tropical break away from Ipoh. We visited as a family in September 2016. The hotel is well-regarded on Agida etc so we thought it would be ideal for our first tropical break away from Kuala Lumpur. Good points:- 1) friendly and helpful staff 2) Breakfast buffet - good range of eastern and western cuisines. 3) Pool - good for children with small slide area. 4)...

The location is good as it's just 5 minutes walk to the beach. Many stalls nearby hotel where we could have our dinner/supper. Also the hotel provides motorbikes for rent, there were also motor for rent opposite the hotel area. Apartment requires upgrading. Morning breakfast buffet was good (especially the ikan bilis sambal, yummyyy). Staff at the restaurant were helpful,...

Although lacking in the finishing touches and services of great hotels, the hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and have air conditioning. The staff are relatively friendly and efficient. In-resort services are limited to the pool but right outside there are a variety of restaurants (mainly Chinese style) and several shops selling beach wear. Transport is via pink...

This hotel has so much potential, but it has some flaws that one cannot overlook. Very big and clean room. Great staff. Awesome breakfast and the restaurant also serves very delicious lunch in the evening. It has a pool and is also close to the beach. The downside is that the WiFi was basically not existing in our room (2....

late review... booked through groupon deals... went during Deepavali... booked a three room apartment...clean, nice and comfortable. just that the bathrooms had very poor water pressure, could hardly use the shower when another bathroom was using it. maybe because of the volume during festive season ( i really dont know). but overall, the rooms were comfortable and clean. upon check...
