The Hong Kong Hotel in Tanjong Tokong, Georgetown, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia gave us a very bad reception services. The female receptionists were unfriendly, elegant and recommended us a room where the bed matress is broken, the room is very stinky, smelly, untidy, shower broken, basin pipe ran out of water (broken) and charged us not worthy prices, on every Saturday and public holiday and festive seasons are more expensive. This hotel is suitable for local peoples or Asian tourists but not for Caucasian / European tourists.
