Room is spacey, but the light at headboard not working, making the room a bit dark. 2 nights stay at comfortable price. Need to improve cleanliness. Other than loud music from nearby pub. Overall is OK.

This hotel is a budget friendly and good for solo travellers, for family the room won’t be spacious. Breakfast was not great, they have only breads, noodles and fried rice. Location of the hotel is near to the centre of the city and great for Penang night life.

The mattress is very dirty. No hot shower water during the cold night. I went to complain about it and they ignored and informed us that others did not having the same problem as our room. Poor hospitality.

Very loud bar on the first floor. It shakes the walls all the way up to the 5th floor until late at night. I have been all over the world and this slum is by far the worst place I have been. It is not even worth what they are charging for it.

My family and i came for 1 night stay in this hotel during this chinese new year. 1)The card door lock system was malfunction. It was so tedious have to ask the staff come up to open it up every single time u went out from the room. 2)The aircond was not functioning also. The aircond knob must turn to 15' onli have barely some cool wind come out. 3)and the the hotel is near to a club downstair. For the whole night clubbing music can be heard . It is so difficult to fall asleep at night with loud music being heard. 4) Breakfast served was merely toast. And there is no refill of fried mee/rice. Cant complain of the amount we paid. This is my 1st stay and last stay in this hotel. There are many better budget hotel compare to this.Do hope that the hotel management can do something to improve it.

Arrived at the hotel after booking with Booking.com and there wasn't a room booked for us. We did eventually they put us in a family room which we didn't have to pay for the upgrade which we thought was nice until we got in the room. The bed covers had cigarette burns. The walls we dirty, no wifi as promised, no refrigerator or water in the room. We had a coupon for breakfast which states 7.00 to 10.30am we arrived at the breadlfast hall at 8.45am and there was no food left only coffee. Ladyboys soliciting themselves outside the hotel lobby and using the rooms in the hotel which kept us up all night with the noise, that was the last straw for us we checked out the next morning and found somewhere else.

Basic rooms with old CRT televion with old fashion airconditioning system which was difficult to control.. Breakfast was very basic coffee, tea juice, bread , butter, jam and fried rice and fried noodles. If you stay too long, I am sure you would skip braekfast. The reception staff do not know how to make a guest welcome.

During the night I was staying in the reception and a orange Indian staff man half drunk ask me many times in a "friendly" way(not for me) if I wanted to go out and drink. Crazy. In the room the WiFi signal was insufficient and also in the reception the connection ( after insert a long password) was very very bad. The car park is also not enough for all the hotels car and you need to park in double line and give them the key of the car..

A cheap hotel will little amenities. It is conveniently located and within walking distance to Penang Road where a variety of street food is available. It has a massage centre/spa located downstairs. Breakfast is simple and plain.
