Poorly managed facilities, hundred year old furniture--one of the cabinet door feel apart upon opening, stained bedsheets, ants crawling everywhere, spider webs like the place is not cleaned in years.... And to add on to the disappointment, we had another person staying one floor downstairs, suddenly barged into our floor to use our toilet to bathe some stray kittens!!! And worse of all, when we called the owners, he blamed us for not locking the doors..... And even threatened to all the police on us. We paid in full to stay 3 night, but checked out immediately! Please do yourselves a favour, NEVER EVER COME TO THIS PLACE!!!

not really convenient for check in as you have to call the owner 1 hour earlier.... otherwise you will need to wait at roadside with your belongings atleast for a 30 minutes... and be reminded of your room selection ...sometimes you would not get what u had been booked. the rooms are a bit dusty..smelly .. water pressure is very low in washrooms. overall its look like a apartment concept where u will find kitchen, general bathrooms as well... lol maybe suitable for backpackers or bachelors...

Where do you start? First, they are not Appartments. Barely motel rooms. The owner? "Mr John"? Doesnt communicate. The wifi was rubbish. There were rodents or cats in the kitchen at night spreading the bins contents around. The Agoda details said, washing machine. There isnt one. This is one of the most dissapointing accommodation experiences I have had, and I will.be suggesting to Agods they remove the property. Free bottled water, only one was sealed. Was hair in my bed. Not mine. See the messages below. Mr John replied once. Then never again. There are some young men at the property somehow tied up with it.... pleasant enough, but unable to help.

Queen bed. Tv. Aircond. For 55 myr. That's was a good thing for that value. We stayed there for two nights. The washroom near the room. Not inside the room. Less privacy for me. Then, in front of the ong court, there's several stalls. We had our breakfast these for two days.

There is no reception at this property. It's a 5 storey apartment, which providing homestay service. No service but facilities acceptable. Room is not clean. If you are unlucky to get the room next to karaoke, will not able to have a good sleep at night

I'm a bit disappointed with this place. All the recent comments on Agoda were so good. We paid for more expensive balcony room but they put us in the cheapest room the first night, and only moved us the second night because we pushed for it. I asked to maybe have a discount on a 3rd night and they seemed to be willing to do that, but then they booked up and we had to move on. There's no front desk or office, so good luck finding any help if you don't have a phone to call them. Balcony is good to have, but the floor of it is pretty filthy. Otherwise, rooms and large and clean enough. Bathrooms are clean. Wi-Fi works alright. A.c. works well. It's nice to have a full kitchen to use if needed. Location is good too, close to the 101 bus stop which we found very useful. Also very close to Chang Yen Vegetarian which is an amazing buffet for SUPER cheap!

Booked it through Booking.com 2 hours trying to find the hotel finally find it after calling them, give the wrong direction on their confirmation email, we thought it was a bit weird, meet the manager and told him we were not happy give us 20 ringgit back so we thought it was okay, paid before we seen the apartment, arrived to see it was a room not an apartment !!!!! No kitchen, no cattle, no washing machine. They used a padlock to lock the door which is not safe for your valuables and your security. We wanted to get our money back but he refused. I asked them to see the owner but it wasn’t any boss or owner. Please do not book with them or you will be disappointed, very bad management, very bad staff, plenty more places to book in Georgetown .
