Hidden gem in Georgetown. I could not put words into it. Totally underrated. Parking is free and ample. With security guard. The hotel have lift. Reception is open 24 hours. Room is spotlessly clean with complete ammenities. Toothbrush, body soap and shampoo, comb. Good towels, face towels and bath mat provided. Room is spacious with seating area, coffee & tea making facilites, mineral water. TV have many channel. Wifi is excellent. Service is top notch. Staff is super friendly. We stayed here 3 times in the course of 2 months as my mom need to visit Gleneagles Hospital for her appointment. We tried other hotel, Travelodge, dissapointed ! Should have come here instead. Price is RM100 nett per night. Total value for money.

We chose to stay at Wifi Boutque Hotel for 2 nights while we were in Penang and it turned out to be a great decision. We had a memorable stay due mostly to how well the staff took care of their guests. The hotel is near KOMTAR so you can easily take a single bus from the airport to KOMTAR for under 3 Ringgit and a short walk. Grab car is under 20 Ringgit which is also a good option as long as the traffic is not too busy. There are a number of malls near the hotel and also some hawker centres that served really good food. It is also close to the free CAT bus route if you don't want to walk. One of the amenities at the hotel is free use of their 2 bicycles. We were able to ride around Penang with no issues and enjoyed the convenience of riding. We also visited the Bicycle museum that is free to guests and saw some truly unique bicycles in their collection. The rooms are clean and the staff was more than willing to deliver anything that we needed (very quickly too). During our brief stay, we met the manager and assistant manager and they took the time to recommend places for us to visit and eat at. We even met the owners who happened to be at the hotel and they also treated us very well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Penang.…

We changed our plan to stay at Penang instead of KL for whole holidays. We arrived Penang quite late at midnight after a longgggggg flight. the hotel staff warmly welcome us, recommend local food for our empty stomachs. it's so impression. Hotel room's very clean, free access to WIFI, staff are very friendly as all people in Penang. We would like to thank the Assistant Operation Manager and the tall guy at Reception for their kind assistant given to us. One more thing, we really love in Penang is all people we met, they all can speak English very well. Will come back one day.

What a lovely hotel! For the price I was paying, I was not expecting much. But everything, from the hospitality to the room, was amazing! The room itself is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and wonderful to come back to after a long day of wandering. The air conditioner works great, the shower has actual hot water (not a given in Malaysia, I've found), and the bed is comfortable. The hotel provides extra little touches, like fantastic, thick, large towels for the bathroom and daily water bottles. Netflix and Youtube are connected through the tv, so you always have options. And I was thoroughly impressed by the housekeeping staff, who seemed to do a deep-deep clean every morning. The location is excellent. It's not in the center of downtown, so you don't have the noise and craziness, but it's only a short walk away. Even better, it's super close to Komtar, the main bus terminal. If you are going anywhere too far to walk (or if you don't want to walk far when it's 90 degrees outside!) the free CAT bus and all of the other intracity buses are only a couple of blocks away. It was perfect for coming in on the ferry - I hopped on the free CAT bus, got off at Komtar and walked 5 minutes. I understand as well that the hotel will lend out bikes for use of the guests, but that's not my thing. Something that won't matter to a lot of people, but I loved, was that there are 3 incredible vegan restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the place and great coffee places only a block or two away. Wifi was good. Other than a blip one night when it was slow (I think it was a provider thing, not the hotel), I was getting 15mbps download speed. If I return to Penang, this will definitely be where I stay. Highly recommend!…

We stayed here for a few nights and had a great stay! Rooms were spotless and the TV came with Netflix to watch too. WiFi worked well and the bed was super comfy :) The staff were all kind, helpful and friendly, and the hotel allowed us to use two bicycles which made getting around even quicker and easier! The hotel is located in a great place, an easy bike ride or walk away from most of the tourist destinations. The hotel also has southeast Asia’s biggest bicycle museum inside, and hotel guests get to visit for free. Would definitely recommend!

Well equipped and beautifully designed rooms. Good location at centre of Georgetown. Friendly service too. Not forgetting, the most complete and unique Bicycle Museum at the top floor. A must visit a place while in Penang! 😀

Booked 2 rooms with king-sized bed connecting. A big plus if we're with family. Hotel is new so every thing is clean & fresh. Not many TV channels. No cafe or breakfast. But it is just 1 min away from Deens Nasi Kandar. Marvelous food there. Not in the heart of the city though. But walking distance to Komtar area, just that if not familiar, walking is a maze... Wifi is good. But Google map does not read it. So booking Grabcar is difficult. But the staff is friendly & always willing to help.

The rooms are new & clean. Every room has different & interesting theme & layout. Walkways are brightly lit & air conditioned. The beds are perfect & not too soft. Walking distance to many famous eateries.
