BAD SERVICE! BAD QUALITY ROOM! THEY CHARGED ME FOR BROKEN BED FROM RM280 and I negotiated to RM100! WTF DUDE! I DID NOT EVEN DO ANYTHING! EVERYTHING IS ALREADY BROKEN, BROKEN TABLE, CEILING IS MOLD, WALL IS MOLD NEAR THE BATHROOM, HANGING RACK IS RUSTY! DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY WILL RIPPED YOU OFF!!! NO DAILIY CLEANING PROVIDED! I STAYED IN KUALA LUMPUR IN SIMILAR APARTMENT, THEY GAVE ME DAILY CLEANING AS I PAID DAILY RATE!!! THIS PLACE?!! Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED! Also the living room area smells like a PEE! Ewww!!!

Booked & paid for a studio suite with 2 queen beds but was given a DOWNGRADE instead w 1 single bed & 1 queen bed. This staff's name was a mr.bernard. He gave us a different room & had the gall to lie that all rooms were full & the unit given is by management "allocation". He gave us a run down dirty old suite with stained bedsheets, dirty toilet, tired looking smaller sized old unit with one inaccessible LOCKED room! This is unacceptable! I have a family. Why so risky, is he crazy? Finally, after much wasted time argueing with this very unprofessional untrained lying front counter guy he gave us what was BOOKED & PAID for. I wld NOT recommemd tis place. First & last time here. He managed to spoil my family's otherwise beautiful holiday in Penang.

Suites of 2 queen bed. Bed are soft and uneven, no toiletries toothbrush, toothpaste. Only 1 Watson quality bottle of body wash or all in wash. Hair dryer and washing machine, fridge or microwave provided. But did not tried the workability. Looks old kitchenware. Cleanliness it just bearable. It's an apartment with the simplest refurbishment to label as suites. Like student dorm. WiFi is weak.

We stayed 3 nights, place was absolutely horrible, sheets and pillows were not washed and you could smell the last three guests heads in the pillows. Apparently they don't offer towels due to hygiene reasons, how ironic since the whole place was so unhygienic anyways. But we requested towels before and they confirmed to have them when we arrived, but upon arrival nothing, we tried to call them, no answer, whatsapped them, they only look at their WhatsApp every 4 hours or so. All in all, a very horrible place with an equally terrible host. Airbnb won't post this negative review, it's been posted here and other such sites so others don't fall for this. Kinda glad this happened when we just started Airbnbing, no more Airbnb for us.

Rude staff and very unhelpful. Went downstairs to level 19 (their office) to get extra pillow and ask for the hairdryer as it was not in the room. waited a couple hours, nothing. went down again to ask, again nothing. Went again for the third time but this time we waited and we were frustrated that they didn't help us, the staff instead hit the table and ready to get up and fight. wtf. what kind of customer service is that. somemore he's talking to a lady (not me). what a gentleman. he defended himself by claiming that he just clocked in an hour ago, 3 hours ago he was not here so it's not his fault that no one attending to us. Is this how this place really operate? that's awfully poor. just because it happened not during your shift you just basically don't care with customers problem? extremely rude. Need staff assistance with good manner in this place? good luck with that.

We felt cheated and did not get what we booked for online based on the photos and description of the cozy suites. The first "suite" (1902) given to us 6 adults was a unit with only 1 bath and 2 rooms ie one room with a double bed and the other with 2 double decker beds. How can 4 mature adults crammed in a room with 2 double decker beds and no ensuite ? 1 bathroom is not acceptable in any apartment described to be fit for 6 pax in Malaysia. After complaining at the reception and demanding that the room be changed, we were forced to pay more for another room (2909) that had 2 bathrooms. It wasnt so much about the money but the 2nd "suite" given to us was dirty and had dirty bathrooms, we were unsure if linens were freshed and the pillows ,mattresses were runned down. The sofa at the sitting room had cushions which sank when sat upon. Totally unacceptable as the furniture and beddings were old, well used ,runned down and not maintaned properly. There was only 1 remote control for the 3 air conds, the speed of the ceiling fans cannot be controlled and blankets felt pricky. Toilet paper and toiletries were not sufficient. Because it was such an uncomfortable stay for us, 2 from my group booked the vouk suites hotel next door to make it more comfortable for the remaining 4 members. On the next day 1 more from my group decided to cut short her holiday and caught a flight back to KL. A very disappointing stay indeed and I would suggest to booking.com to review this property's listing as the description of the apartment listing is not accurate and the photos posted of the cozy suites are not like the room you will be finally be given therefore it is misleading and it is false advertising. I wrote to Mansion One and called them on 2nd June to comfirm the suitability of the apartment and the answer was in the affirmative. Turned out to be untrue , terrible and disappointing.

This so called "hotel" is nothing more than project housing converted into rooms for rent. It is full of local and Malay families who live there. It is absolutely abominable and the advertising on Agoda and many other agency sites is 100 percent misleading. It was grimy, dirty and seedy. There is no reception. I went to the rude security guard Indian girl who kept telling me who is your agent. I don't know other than I booked through Agoda. She told me to go up to some room on the 11th floor and talk to someone there which was the wrong information. Long story short, I got into the room only to find the Internet and TV do not work. I demanded a room change which they did. The Internet they use is from the building next door so I couldn't access it originally because they put me in a room on the far side of the building and away from the Internet access. Never, ever consider this ghetto.

How can you even think this is a 3 start accommodation???? This place should shut down immediately. Nobody has any idea of what they are doing, no respect for guests, zero knowledge, dirty, poor quality room (the bed was horrible) Staff speak so loud late and night and early morning, not considering guests are sleeping!!! The worst accommodation I ever been at NEVER NEVER again! Please do not waste your money (84 ringgit a night for this place is crazy) and time!

1. No sign for temporary parking. Had to stop our car by the roadside and go up to the management office to get our suite key and parking access card. 2. Waited for an hour for the keys, and there are also other guests who has been waiting more than 1 hour and more guests are also arriving at the same time. Guests were frustrated and some started shouting, but staffs were unprofessional, unfriendly & unhelpful, providing poor reception & management skills. They even wanted to give us the housekeeping key (which would be the master key) for our suite. Got the key to our room (not the one we initially booked but similar size and also two beds) and parking access card after waiting for 1 and a half hours. 3. When we went into the parking, it was shared with other Homestay/Hotel and the signs for Mansion One parking was unclear. Parking was also small, dark, dirty and old. There were no signage to which stairs exits to Mansion One. We just went up the stairs and ended up next door's hotel, dragged our luggages and walked back to Mansion One. 4. Corridor of the suite was dark, light bulb was probably broken and we can hardly see the keyhole when we open the door. 5. Although the room was bright with sunlight shining, we found hair on the bed, chips on and in the sofa (literally stuck in the sofa), one of the fans and lights weren't working. 6. We decided to get a refund and cancel the "suite". But the female staffs were very rude and speaking in a bad tone. Don't even want to start on the details on what they told us. A male staff (Mr.Yeoh) was slightly more willing to help us. But kept prying about what other place we will stay. As a group of ladies, we felt unsafe and unpleasant of the whole situation. 7. When we were leaving we asked one of the staffs what were the female staff name, she answer "I don't know", which I have no doubt that she was afraid of us complaining. Yet, here I am writing this review. By the way, we still had to walk back to the hotel next to it (with our luggages) and go down the stairs to the car park when we left. 8. Although it is a homestay (cheaper than others), the environment was poor and service was very bad. You can give all sorts of reasons and excuses to counter my points, but you cannot deny that you can do better with the staffs as they are the representation of the whole place. If the management cannot handle peak days with tons of guests and not providing further training for them, I suggest to give it up or ask the owners to do they homestay themselves.

Booked one bedroom cozy suite. Enjoyed the stay, nice room setup. Despite 1 bed room suite they offer 2 queen size bed. One in the bedroom one at living hall facing tv, replacing sofa. It come with simple Kitchen equipment and washing machine. Only disadvantages is hotel do not provide drinking water, bathroom toiletries (except tower, shampoo & shower gel), no astro.
