Recomended. This hotel is old however fairly well maintained and functional. The room was spacious fairly clean apart from under the bed. Floor Lift lobby and passage ways not vacuumed for long periods they unkept. 👍24hr reception 👍 Ample free parking 👍 Great Location 👍Good air-conditioning 👍 Good hot water 👍Good safety box procedure at ground floor reception 👍Good room size and facilities 👍Daily house keeping 👍Good value for money 👍Staff helpful and friendly Really I'm have nothing negative to comment on apart from a few house keeping issues mentioned above, Im sure any reasonable person would find this hotel satisfactory and good value. Thanks I enjoyed my 5 nights stay here 👍

hard to find parking. seems like the hotel car park has been fully loaded by the snooker customers. ridiculous priority should have given to hotel guest not the tenant customers. overall hotel location is good surrounded buy hawkers centre. recommended to those not driving otherwise you will have problem to get your car parked at after evening.

Overall cleanliness was below average may be due to not enough of cleaner. Observe stain on bed. Parking is a nightmare so don't drive. The only good thing was the hotel is at the hot spot area with few steps distance.

Saff was really helpful, and even took care of our bags after check-out. 5 starts for their staff Now for the place seems like it had better days, with many of the areas being in need of renovation like the pool area , and many of the rooms ...location is ideal and very close to the night market and many eateries .

Firstly, I cannot fault the staff, they were lovely, especially the porter who took a real interest in us and made us feel very welcome! Unfortunately however, our room did not live up to the warm welcome as it was not very clean or spacious. We had a small trail of bugs marching across the headboard so had to pull the bed into the middle of the room 😬. The walls are also paper thin. The breakfast was also pretty poor in all honesty. I feel bad giving this review as the staff were lovely and they also held our bags for us all day after checked out, but it is the most honest report I can give.

A cheap hotel this is the best reason to go. Old rooms not always clean. An horrible breakfast. Not really choice, bad coffee. The staff is cool and the supervisor knows the customer service. Stay one night for a stop and go but not more..

It's an old hotel, not fancy at all. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not so good but the hotel location is strategic for especially yummy food. It's just surrounded by restaurants, cafes, kopitiam and one of the popular hawkers in Penang. Only 400m away or 10mins walk to the hawkers. One more good thing is.. there's a convenient store inside the hotel.
