We book for the 4 occupancy room and we call the Red Rock Hotel before we book to double confirm to make sure this room is a family room. In the end when we reach there from KL (4 hours by drive), they give us a studio room and suggest us to cancel booking and book again to a family... More

Was staying this hotel last week with my wife and children for 2 nights. A family trip. When we're walking back to our room after dinner on the first night, I was shocked there is a china girl standing at the corridor, and asked me whether if I want sex service. I was wondering is this a hotel or a... More

It is understandable and acceptable that the room rate is expensive during peak period. However, the money spent did not match with the quality of the room provided. The hotel was terribly maintained. The facilities provided were unacceptable, from the plastic kettle to the CRT television. Besides, no water dispenser was provided, Wifi connection was way below expectation and parking... More

We stayed at the Red Rock Hotel for 2 nights during a recent trip to Malaysia. We would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone as it’s shabby, poorly maintained, and dirty. ROOM • Our room was large and comfortable, with poorly maintained and dated furnishings. • Our double bed was firm but comfortable. • The room was quiet and well... More

Near hawker centers and attractions but staff gives poor service. Noisy rooms if you face the street. Safety deposit box at front desk and not in room. Hotel in need of reno. Breakfast buffet is OK: mix of western and Chinese. I May stay again.

The room is spacious enough for a family of six (2 adults and 4 young children). Slight old but clean enough. For around RM200 you get a 2 double beds room. Lots of hawker centres within walking distant, sufficient parking. Everything you need is conveniently provided. The pool too small and not exciting. Breakfast was enough, not fancy not great...
