One of the newest hotel in Penang. Clean. Beautiful. Minimalist style. Modern. Great location. Just a walking distance to the famous food & restaurant like kapitan restaurant, deen restaurant, Tea kadai. Absolutely i will stay in this hotel again whenever i have a business trip to penang.

Have stayed here every time I’m in Penang for the past year, and it never disappoints. Ample parking, friendly and attentive staff, and the rooms were always spotless. Rooms were also quiet. The only downside is that housekeeping is not available after 8 pm which is a bummer

Frankly speaking, the hotel looks elegant and spacious , located nearby Penang CBD, the price is quite affordable. This hotel is suitable for couple and friends. There is a convenient store nearby, it close before 12am. The car parking is convenient, you don’t have to park outside. The room is simple and clean. certainly i will recommend to my friends and family and ya i will come back to this hotel for sure, keep it up!

The hotel is hidden but easily access, it located at very quiet alley but for someone who love privacy and want to have some peace this is the place to stay, there also a multi-storey parking lot for hotel guests, the front desk is very helpful and keen to help the guests, I really like the layout of the room it’s a small room but look spacious and clean.

3 stars hotel but have a feel of 4 stars. Only stay 1 night. Services from the front desk was good. Proper explanation and smooth check in. Room: new and clean, comfortable. Impress with the design& furniture where its space saving, and room appear more spacious. Parking: ample of parking, multistories . Breakfast: 2 sets option. Simple local food. Brought to room. Its in disposable containers. For us its fine as can have it anytime. Food near by : might need grab or walking for short distance to nearby cafe or restaurant. For location, the hotel a little “hidden” but can easily found with gps or waze apps. Overal its value for money, and comfortable for business trip or staycation

Really friendly, welcoming, helpful staff and the cleanest, comfiest stay I’ve had for a long time. Newly refurbished with thoughtfully designed rooms, so everything is tip-top - from the MOST comfortable bed/bedding, intelligent lighting, effective blackout curtains, great flooring, shower, breakfast... the list goes on! Oh, and SO CLEAN! Would definitely stay here again!

What a lovely hotel! The hotel grounds, room and bathroom is very clean and nicely decorated. Staff were so helpful and always has a smile, especially the Malay guy sitting near the entrance whom I did not get his name (thanks for reminding me my parking ticket). The hotel is strategically located in the middle of almost everything and easily accessible by walking. Breakfast on the other hand was mediocre and could be improved. Parking is also free. Overall this will be the place I’ll stay when I visit again. Kudos!

Been here for a night and manage to get room with balcony. Only the view is the backyard of surrounding buildings as it is the only floor with balcony. Check in and check out are smooth as long as you keep the deposit receipt of RM50 intact. Room is decent for two persons and if I might suggest for the management to put something like dark tinted film on the separator glass wall for more privacy at the balcony unless the guest of next door are someone you are familiar with.

This is a great hotel and well worth a visit, traditional looking from the outside and cosmopolitan inside the hotel offers great value for money. Situated close to the major ferry terminals its an ideal place to stay. Close by are many amenities with the local Indian quarter within easy reach. Friendly and warm staff, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast to get you on to a good day.
