Room space is only just enough for the beds. Television is tiny and probably from a bygone era. Air-conditioning, even at 16c is still not cold enough for the room. There was an urinal right in front of me at the toilet bowl seat. Hotel provided water cooler to refill water

We spent our accomodation there on the new year eve , large group . They have been treated so bad that we all felt we are sleeping in a correction facilities with a very bad wardens . No manners of the way of talking , welcoming and servicing . i dont mind how bad the room and the shower was...

At first we we a little disappointed with the room. For the price it seemed small and dated. Foam beds were comfortable enough but pillows were quite bad. Room was clean and shower was hot. Sound travels in the building and the pub next door has karaoke until the early hours. However, the prices of other family rooms in Penang...

Nice hostel, clean rooms with shower and toilet. Equipment rooms are simple, but it was in my window and TV. Friendly and helpful owner. A bit far from the main road, but close to the bus stop. I recommend!

This is a cheap (certainly one of the cheapest) around...So don't expect it to be anything more.. Just ride the punches and concentrate on the nore important things that you are staying there for.The staff couldn't have been more helpful. (both day and night staff). But maybe yous have helped them to be better.

Nothing great about just a basic bugdet hotel. I went there with families, and small kids. We have to walk far to the central just to find food. First day was lost and walk about 30 mins just to reach the best chendol in town.By the way the hotel was cleaned. Unfortunately, the staff not friendly at all and the aircond...

First thing, location. Its the last hotel on Jalan Argyll and a hefty walk away from Jalan Penang, the main street of Georgetown, so location-wise, its not ideal. Got a double bed and the washroom was awful. We requested to be shifted in a room with better washroom so they transferred us to a 3 bed family room at an...

We arrived and were given a room with 2 single beds, very basic, had requested explicitly for a double. despite a lack of other guests they were apparently none available. The older gentleman who worked was pleasant, the rest less helpful. The location was not good at all. Too far too walk to anywhere and the surrounding streets are not...

The location is not as central as I expected. The room was a bit small and the TV is barely working. Fortunately, I was not there to watch TV. The room was clean. and the owner was very nice and friendly. The girl at the reception in the day time was not as helpful as the rest. There is a...

Even at the very minimal level advertised (and Cozy Home makes no inflated claims about luxury)this hotel just met the minimum standard. By far the best thing was the owner and staff, who were always cheerful and helpful. The New World food court supplies good, cheap, food only 200m away (go left from hotel door and left again down Lorong...
