Cozy boutique hotel with reasonable rate. Great location & helpful staff. I like the design of every room 😍 Spacious guest parking at the back, you have to find it at your own or ask reception. Walking distance to cafes & eating place. Recommended ⭐️ Will repeat again.

Stayed 2 night ~ excellent quality boutique hotel with car park in George town! My room can see the sun light with courtyard very special design! Definitely will come back when next visit! Receptionist very helpful 👍

Location is unbeatable - there’s stuff to see, do and eat in every direction radiating from this hotel. Most downtown attractions are within walking distance. This is a new hotel with an industrial design. Check-in is exactly at 3pm because they simply aren’t ready before that... I think there only have one cleanser for the whole property? Some reviewers commented on renovation noise but we stayed on the first floor and didn’t hear anything on construction in the day. There are USB ports on bedsides for you to charge your phones overnight. There is also a ceiling fan to augment the air-conditioning, which itself was very strong. In-room fridge is strong. Two large bottles of water are provided daily. However, it didn’t get a full five stars because: (1) poor design of shower cubicle - it’s partition is too narrow so water inevitably spills over to the toilet floor ... no matter how “careful” you are.. (2). Walls are porous - so be mindful of your volume when you speak! (3). The air con vent blows directly onto your faces when you sleep....…

We booked this place for 2 nights (24 and 25 Nov) under 2 separate bookings, upon check in, the lady at front desk was not friendly and we feel not welcomed. They charge us the tourist fee/tax 20MR while the Parkroyal resort which way more luxury charges us only 13MR. The male and female receptionist next day was totally different, they are ao friendly and nice to us. The bed is too small, we are medium asia size but the bed was too small for us, our legs are out from the beds and blanket if we laying straight. The bed is also poor quality and crashes a few time at night even we not heavy or overweight. The wifi on room 2nd floor is terrible, I called 3 times to receptionist but nothing done, lucky we have a Sim card so we still can barely update the flight and booking for our next trip. The room for 2nd night on 1st floor has better signal for wifi and more firm bed The location is great which close to everything, shopping mall, street food and easily to find the way home The price seems high for a place without breakfast, we got way better accommodation in Hanoi with same price and buffet breakfast Plz seriously consider carefully before you book it…

We stayed here 2 nights and booked 2 different room types so we had to change the room in between, check out and check in again at C/I time is 15:00. That is fine as it is our mistake and the room looks nice, not much different from each other. Location of this hotel is good as it is in the center of George Town, so close to the food street- Kimberly str, walking distance to nice shopping mall there. For the first impression of the staff here... it was bad, the receptionist was not welcoming, not friendly at all. Luckily, we have met some nice person the day after, they seem like new staff here. The worst thing in this hotel is the wifi, on and off after few mins, it is better in the 1st floor room than the higher one. We asked them, they gave us a lot of reason like restarting or fixing... but nothing improved after all. And the bed is bad too, high pillow, low quality bed :(. I think for the price about 35 usd, you can find better hotel in town. …
