In the room an arm chair, little table, work desk, led tv, cabinets, safe, mini bar, coffee/tea facility and free wifi.The room was sufficiently spacious including a Super King bed, clean facilities and a great city view with a mix of temples, churches and Komtar!
Hotel has free parking (exchange ticket to season pass upon check in).Good location - near to hawker stalls, Komtar tower and shopping mall, bus station and within walking distance of the heritage district (Armenian Street, clan jetties, etc) The hotel was clean, good value and came...
Free WiFi provided breakfast with variety of the food our room on top floor and small kitchenette with tea, coffee available all day.Hotel is clean. Rooms are large. We had decent view. Location is ideal. Cost is pocket friendly. Staff is polite. Breakfast is nice. Everything is as per expectation and promise. No big wows but no big surprises...
I chose to stay there because of a meeting in Komtar. Just walk across the road. Another reason is their back of hotel open air parking on ground level (unlike the maze underground parking in Komtar). Wow is by...Recommended if you need a base downtown especially when you have dealings in Komtar.

Worse night mare can’t even sleep at night
Worse night mare can’t even sleep at night ,elderly keep complaining too noisy and ask for extra pillows need extra charger everything need extra change room is too small not worth for the price...customer service is not helping ....please think before booking this hotel ...will burn the second night fee and change to other hotel...

新酒店 但没隔音
刚开始营业不到一星期的新酒店。房间高颜值，设计时尚新颖。酒店停车位很有限，汽车可以停泊街边。一到酒店底楼是保安柜台，然后需搭电梯到二楼办理入住手续。由于提前到达酒店，所以到达前台时不见人影，等不久后才见到前台服务人员回到。亲切的笑容和服务态度诚恳弥补了之前的不足。 最需要改进的是房间的隔音。有车辆经过时，就感觉自己是睡在大路边，一整晚都被吵得睡不好。如果不怕被声音干扰的话，这家酒店确实很不错。
