I stayed for 5 nights in this hostel because it was so nice. Ken from the staff took care of us all the time. He organized hikes, took us to food markets and organized a christmas party for us. He makes this hostel a very special place. When you travel by yourself this hostel is the perfect place to meet other people. The rest of the stuff is also nice. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the breakfast is good. The locations is also very nice in the center.

We stayed for a few nights, everyone at the Hostle was nice and very helpful. We especially want to thank our Tourguide Ken who had a lot of great activities and was very friendly. He brought us to the national park and also showed us some very cheap and delicious Restaurants, make sure to ask for him at the redemption! The room was clean although very small, which wasn’t a big problem for us 4 because we know each other but I could imagine it to be a bit tight if 4 strangers share the room. The Breakfast was ok, they always have noodles, eggs and toast and once pancakes. Free drinkingwater is provided 24/7 I would recommend the place and would come again!

We had a lovely stay at this hostel. Honestly can't think of a single thing we didn't like. The staff is lovely, friendly, helpful and speak great English, it's super clean, quiet yet still social enough to meet fellow travellers. Great location, huge comfy double bed, chill common area with a terrace. They are also looking for volunteers at the moment and I'm sure it will only improve with time as they add more activities. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in a private room and had an amazing experience. Firstly we were on the ground floor - meaning we didn't have to lug our backpacks up the stairs! Our room was clean and more spacious than we expected! We also had water provided, and they did room cleaning service every day refreshing these! Breakfast was also great and coffee was also provided throughout the day!

The Hostel is lovely, the staff are helpful and the rooms/ shower rooms are clean! It’s also in a good location, you can hop on a bus or order a grab to anywhere. You can have water, coffee or tea all day long for free and breakfast is included. I was satisfied with my stay there.

Clean rooms, clean bathrooms and a clean common area. This friendly hostel is in a renovated residence with a modern downstair and modern bathrooms and showers upstairs and downstairs. The friendly staff are very helpful in organizing tours and food outings and onward transportation. The wifi worked throughout the property. The hostel is in a nice location near Komtar and Little India. They had a very nice breakfast with free coffee and tea available through out the day. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again on my next trip. The former residence on the second floor has comfortable 4 and 6 bed dorms. The walls are a bit thin as noises are easily heard from neighbouring rooms at night and from the halls. You can also hear people walking and running down the halls because of the old wood floors even though the are covered with carpets. The hostel was booked a couple of times by large groups during my stay. I would have liked if the staff did more to enforce the quiet time during these group stays. Maybe put up some sandwich boards on the second floor about the quiet times.
