We had a good experience at this place, if you travel on a budget and with friends, then this is perfect. Very good location close to plenty of street food stalls and restaurants. Excellent customer service and cleanliness.

I stayed 2 nights only. The room is small but it's enough. The shared bathroom is clean but some rooms no have hot water hmm.. from outside the hotel has unique style, all white color. Easy to go around George town. The staff is helpful. she helped us to print out the boarding pass and give some recommends

Clean and an a-just-nice size for a 2 pax room, soft bed and pillows. The exterior architecture is grand and newly furnished. Location is located a few steps away from the famous Chulia street Wantan mee, Nyonya Kuih, Camera Museum. Walking distance to China House, Clan Jetties... Basic amenities like toothbrush and soap are provided; for women travellers, do bring...

Chulia Heritage Hotel is a small heritage hotel tucked into a corner located in Lebuh Chulia. The rooms are small and tight but clean. Expectations in line with the price of rooms. Location is convenient as there are plenty of food and entertainment outlets within walking distance. Hotel provides free bicycles, which is great for getting around, though the condition...

Booked on line & check in was quick. Good: Location, price, cold airconditiong, clean, bus stop close, walking to wharf, street food, shopping centre, street art, car parking, suitcase left in luggage room, able to use upstairs public shower hours after checkout. Bad: Noise from floor above as children running around well after midnight, construction noise next door, hard bed,...

The room was bright and clean. It's comfortable but at times it could be some annoyance when some guests were walking or running too heavily on the wooden-plank floor.Public bathrooms were nicely done but please do remember to clean up after use so that the next person will find it in the state that you will like it to be....

good location, convenience because buses pass by there, enough parking spots for those who drives there. The hotel is actually "hidden" along the chulia street, so it is quiet at night. friendly staff, rooms are simple and clean and a very important feature - free bicycle ride for the customers !!!! I've been to Penang for 4 times and I...

It is my late review of my stay at this hotel back in September, my local friend brought my wife and I to stay at Chulia Heritage Hotel for two nights. My local friend chose this hotel because it has its own parking lot, which I believe is one of the main reasons she came back here. Room is spacious...
