This is a wonderful hotel with an affordable price. Most importantly the rooms are clean. Room cleaning services is only done upon request. The front desk receptionist Janet is also very friendly and helpful. You can walk to many attraction places from here like the Esplanade, Fort Cornwallis, Armenian st and others. Thank you Bishop Inn.

Absolutely terrible. I walk in at 10am, and the guy at the counter does not welcome me, but instead asks for over 100myr. Poor customer service from him, he maybe be new but it would be worth that he gets some training on how to deal with customers.
My first room was very dirty. There were stains around the bed, there were stains on the towel, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, it very disgusting. The cleaners did not look like official cleaners as they were not dressed in uniform. The cupboards were dusty. I asked to move room, and the lady was very kind and moved room. However this room smelt of cigarettes!!! It was vile. Again there was same problem with the room not being clean. I felt incredibly disgusted because whose spit and body fluid could In that room. I instead checked out and found that the manager was rude to his staff. I did not get a refund on my room but did end up with all the extra cash I had to pay.
