The staffs very helpful and always with a smile. The room is simply and clean. The breakfast was nice. I enjoyed my stay here. The most important thing, there is always a parking lot for you and no need to worry about the parking problem like others hotel.

This hotel just 2 months old according to the owner. The room rate is cheap and affordable with double or twins bed room type.

The location is strategic (at Macalister Road) and just walking distance (around 10 mins ) to famous foodstalls such as Char Kuey Teow, Teow Chew Nang and many others delicacies at Lorong Selamat.

The room is clean and they have amenities such as disposable slippers. You can have hair dryer upon request at counter with 2hours usage limit. The environment is cozy and quiet and we have a good quality sleep at night.

The rates includes breakfast and their breakfast quite delicious. Extra bed is just surcharge RM35 with breakfast and it is cheaper compare to other hotels. The waiters are quite accomodating and friendly.

There is a small negative aspects about this hotel: the lift is smelly and not well-ventilated. Despite of this, their service is good. They provide us drinking water bottle everyday. If you think it is not enough, you can request for topping up your tumbler at kitchen when having breakfast.

The main visitors are patients as it is conveniently located near hospitals (Island Hospital and Loh Guan Lye Hospital). We booked this hotel for our business trip.

I was a bit worried at first how far it was to the main town but actually Georgetown is quite walkable (probably a bit far walk to Love Lane) but to Komtar it's not far at all. Maybe 10 - 20 min walk along Macalister Road. Along there way there's lots of hawker and restaurants around. Conveniently near hospitals ans shopping.

The room is very spacious. We had a king size bed, and it was very comfortable. Nice hot showers with good pressure and everything is new. We are very satisfied with the stay despite the smell (kinda like smoke) but it was tolerable.

Stayed here again for 3 nights over a weekend. This hotel with its central location provides convenience for moving around in the city, great food options within walking distance and also great for exploring the heritage sites. Bright clean rooms with all the usual amenities and a fast check in by friendly staff. This is becoming our favourite hotel when we return to Penang for a short stay. We did not eat at the hotel but did notice a big lunch crowd at the on-site restaurant. There is ample parking in front of the hotel. Will stay here again.

The hotel is small and simple. The front building is old building but well preserved. Rooms are small and comfortable with clean bedsheets and towel. They don't serve breakfast nowadays, but no worry you can find foods easily outside. This is my third visit and the hotel still maintain their service. The staffs are very warm and friendly. There is a small restaurant inside which is open from lunch to dinner and serves western foods. The place is very convenient, close to food paradise. Don't forget to try sister's char kwethyow and chicken rice close to the hotel.

Went to Penang for one night to visit a relative in hospital. The location of this hotel is really convenient as it is opposite the hospital less than five minutes walk away. This hotel is also near hawker stalls in McCalister Road which is about 10-20 minute walk away in the other direction. In the morning Siam Road has a bustling market. The curry laksa in Lorong Seratus Tahun is just around the corner from the market. Rooms in the hotel are compact but adequate for a short stay. Towels and bed sheets are clean and they even provide bedroom slippers. There is a fridge, coffee/tea making facilities. a safe, flat screen TV, and even a hairdryer. No toothbrushes, and the soap/shampoo is from the same dispenser. For RM150 a night, this hotel is value for money. Breakfast is not included, but with so many options in the vicinity, food is not a problem. I did not eat in the hotel but it looked quite packed during lunch and dinner. Check in was fast and efficient and staff are friendly and helpful. There is ample free parking in the hotel premise. Hotel has their own taxi service. We always stay in Batu Ferringhi but it is time consuming to travel into the city. I will stay here again if I need to be in the city centre.

I stayed here from 7-10 november 2014. A very good place to stay, very clean and good air con. I dont have any complains except the pillows. Byt who cares anyways? I only need to sleep, shower and put my luggages. The check in and out was fast. The hotel has free wifi too. You walk 2-3 blocks you can find food court. There will be a new mall in less 1 mins walk COMING SOON (still under construction). Pleaseeee... for those ppl who complained about this hotel, hello this is a 3 stars hotel, well an INN. WHAT DO YOU EXPECT? If you expect for 5 stars quality then choose other hotel. Stop being fussy. Just my 2cent

Happened to stay a night here. It was RM 170 nett (walk-in) with complimentary breakfast for two.

Pros:
The outlook of the hotel is an impressive refurbished mansion with rooms downstairs and upstairs (with lift). Our room was quite spacious. The bed was comfy except the pillow.

We loved the shower. It was strong and hot. The toilet was well designed to prevent wet floor.

Service was good. Check in and check out without much hassle.

Room was very clean.

Cons:
We got a downstairs room which was near the kitchen. So, the downside was at one point of time in the morning, the cooking smell seeped into our room although our window was closed.

The breakfast was a simple buffet such as fried noodle, eggs, toast, sausages, fruits, etc. Overall, the taste needed improvement. The cut honeydew served that day was indeed very sweet.
