It’s very old building look nice outside but inside the executive suit room need a lots of renovation I don’t know why the Managment of the hotel don’t invest into that place 🫣 Ceiling was with the marks from the water and some black mold in the shower also for the people who have an allergy it’s very dangerous for their health The safe box was broken even they try to fix it it’s was not working again even I mention about that one more time Place not provide a breakfast and all noise from others movements been heard all the time

Drove 4 hours from Kuala Lumpur,its really worth it!Very soft bed 🛌 and spacious room.Thumbs up to all of the receptionist.They are all profesional and friendly.Park your car at free hotel carpark and taking a grab.All just nearby. Nasi Kandar Deen Maju(6 minutes by grab) ,Armenian street (7 minutes) ,Roti canai Transfer Road (9 minutes away),Penang Hill (17 minutes ) from Wang’s Heritage Hotel that our place of staying.Unfortunately,we just order a food panda at the night instead going to Batu Feringghi night marker because my daughter not feeling well.One day wasn’t enough because the next day we went to Bukit Merah Laketown Resort.

I had a very pleasant feeling during my stay in your hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff especially FO staff. It was my 4th time stayed in your hotel because I just love the design and convenient located of the hotel. And sometimes feel like home.But there's something missing that I would like to suggest that maybe you can provide a bathrobe and slippers for guest uses. The rest was perfect!

After our second visit to the beautiful magic SPA IN this beautiful place, the hotel's wonderful Manager Miranda invited us to visit the restaurant. We agreed with pleasure. Excellent service, beautiful room. Interior design. Very attentive waiters.. Very beautiful serving of dishes, everything is designed outside the box. You can make beautiful photos for Instagram. The products for all the dishes were fresh and of high quality. A beautiful candle with pigeons was placed on our table. It was very atmospheric. At the beginning of dinner, we were brought a glass of hot water. Apparently, this is a local tradition. This was very unusual, but it turned out to be very useful. After the SPA, it was very pleasant to drink warm water in the cool room of the restaurant, where the air conditioning works well. It was surprisingly refreshing! In the middle of dinner, the owner of the restaurant approached us. He spoke to us very kindly and asked about the quality of the dishes. We had a very pleasant evening. We took a lot of photos. The restorvn staff offered to take a picture of us. The menu is varied, for every taste. There are options for complex breakfasts, Lunches and dinners. Advice: Always ask for the 1st floor (already top floor) to avoid noise from the wooden floor and guest noise at the lobby. The hotel is small where room is located at ground floor and 10m to the reception. Pros: Clean room, comfy bed, value for money, near city center, nice decorations, restaurant. Cons: Dirty carpet (stains everywhere). Thanks to the nice Muslim lady at the reception who gave us room slippers to compensate the dirty carpet. She's very helpful.

Last moment booking. Colonial style , small hotel ,easy parking available , good location for business and tourism . Room well decorated ( European style but well done ). Good service and got good value proposal . To recommend . Did not try the restaurant .

What a darling colonial cottage! Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and wonderful. Bed was perfect. Room has everything a visitor need. Location is great too. One can actually walk to Gurney drive if you are adventurous.

Typical colonies building, nice bed but a bit running down washroom. Walking distance to some famous old street but not much restaurant around. Bar n Karaoke are available, also a bistro if you lazy to go out.

Everything works well. Great air condition and water pressure with hot water. Great surrounding. Ample of parking and feel very safe environment after 3 in the morning back to the hotel. Using touch card to open the entrance and room door. Definitely is a yes to come back again.

Last minute booking, thanks to the lady boss for accommodating us. The room is very cosy n clean. Toilet is spacious n clean too. All the basic necessity are there, wifi, TV, kettle, hot shower, cold air con, comfy bed n lots of fluffy pillows.
