The staff were freindly and nice I had a problem they sorted it straight away The breakfast was served in basement of the hotel which was...

The room was clean and well-designed. Apart from a few lingering hints of an older hotel like the shower gel dispenser, most of the hotel looked new and modern. The only less positive thing I would have to mention is the "breakfast basement" that was dark and uninviting, had worn furniture and smelled strange. The food however was not all...

Friendly staff. Easy to get parking. Food and entertainment are all walking distance. Clean rooms. Free WiFi but a hassle to type username and password every single time during login. Breakfast not bad.

This hotel, as is a lot of places in Penang, and Georgetown in particular, are extremely reasonably priced. The rooms here are pretty big with large baths. Good Aircon and firm, but comfortable beds. There is some renovation happening in the hotel on the 5th or 6th floor, so one elevator was in a kind of disrepair. Make sure you...

The location of the hotel is very good. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The only downside was the noise every night coming from the food court behind the hotel which has a live band every night.

Gentle reader, when staying at this property in Penang, please, please bring industrial earplugs unless you are like the wife and I and stay up until 1am every night . We were placed on the tenth floor , but even than, the sound of music from the food court downstairs was like a live concert every evening! As for the...

Hotel and Service is ok. They are still renovating and improving. Bad luck, not the fault of the hotel. Just beside is a food court (good for eating) with live music starting at 9pm till past midnight. The windows are not keeping the noise outside. So hard to sleep.

Great location in map but the worst place to be when you need a sleep!! Food court next door with some "dirty" singing till midnight will definitely give you the biggest nightmare in Penang!!! My advise..if you need a good sleep to get yourself ready for a long driving journey, don't even consider this hotel!
