Stayed at this hotel as we were looking for a cheap place to rest that can provide privacy at the same time and this place does provide that because you cant get a place in the island that provides a room for RM60-RM70 with bathroom attached that includes hot shower, aircond and tv in the room. Yup it is quote...

Stayed at this hotel as it was too late to return to my home after a dinner meeting in town. The hotel is cheap so can't ask for much. Decor, paint and furniture really looks like an old Chinese mansion. It was very quiet when I checked in at 10pm that I thought a vampire might popped out from any...

Booked via Agoda in a hurry to get a place. Starting out, I was a little disappointed by what I found at this hotel. It seemed close to nothing, few amenities, and next door to a mosque that put out call to prayer at 6:15 am or so every morning. The staff was very friendly, though, and very helpful at...

Booked via phone.Even though holiday season there's still available unlike popular hotels. Plenty of parking space. Front gate facing New World Cafe food court. WiFi included so no complaints. There's free filter & warm water from the dispensing machine.I would say bang for my buck considering all these under RM100.

We booked this place via Agoda because it was cheap and acording to their website it was close to where the Thaipusam fesitval was happening. When I asked how to get to it at reception I was told, walk to the main road and then get a taxi, so not close at all. The hotel itself is very basic but...

“There isn't an elevator, so if your bags are heavy you should ask for a first floor room. If quiet mornings are a requirement, try to get a room away from the mosque, though I found the heavy walls did a good enough job to make things tolerable.”
