Adequate rooms, average breakfast buffet with good noodle bar and local fresh bread. Location is central and makes the walking tour of historic Georgetown accessible. Manager and all staff went out of their way to accommodate us and even arranged for a yoga class on the roof in the mornings.

Very nice room, we enjoyed the movie nights and ice cream socials. Extremely helpful staff willing to go above and beyond. The owner manager drove us to a luncheon meeting. Clean and comfortable. Only negative was the rest of our party was a long distance away. Not the hotels fault - poor planning on my part.

The staff is incredibly helpful and will give you suggestions or try to help you in any way possible. The breakfast seems small, but the options are delish - particularly when the noodle soup and stir fried noodles are open out back and the man who makes the eggs also makes a mean roti! The best I've ever had (and...

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Location is on the edge of the Unesco protected zone, so a quiet part of town but not too far from everything of interest. The rooms and common areas were nicely decorated and always clean. Hotel staff is excellent and helpful. Rooftop bar is also excellent and they also show movies every night for...

We stayed for one night en route to Langkawi from the Cameron Highlands, our room was very nice, really tiny but nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was good the bonus was happy hour on the roof which was unexpected but much appreciated. Skip the white wine though, it tastes like sherry! Would recommend.

I would really recommend this hotel and it is a real 5 star one. Staffs very helpful giving individual attention. Room very clean and spacious. Much addons without cost is offered freely like wine, ice-cream, pop corn and soft drinks. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Top notch service that 6 star hotels cant match up to. Hotel staff are friendly and sincere. Do get a map from the hotel. The map features some of the most delicious food around the area. ROOMS - Not exceptionally big but it is relatively new, clean and air conditioning is cool. Toiletries are provided. Bed is more towards the...

This hotel is located less than one block away from Kimberly Street, which turns into one of the best spots for street food around 5PM. The staff here are polite and super attentive. We found ants on the bed in the first room we were assigned to (unfortunate I know), but after we notify the front desk, we were switch...

We really enjoyed our stay... Watching sunset on the roof with a free glass of wine looking over the city was great (skip the white wine). Breakfast was varied and tasty, afternoon tea very welcome... Film on the roof was fun but I would have preferred access in my room to a movie channel of some sort. Water was not...
