Overpriced..no service on rooftop..had to go to bar to pick up free drinks...bartender sId he was too busy to wait on tabs during happy hour! 3 tables and 6 people! The check in staff came out to front patio and made me move at 630 am to far end of patio saying I was too close to the food as I was smoking. They do not serve breakfast till 0730! There are closed doors to the food area! I moved. An hour later a couple came out and smoked closer then I was to begin with, breakfast was being served the doors were open a d they were not asked to move???? Whzt does the fro t desk have to do with the dining room which is separated by a curtain and why was I targeted? Will not go back. Overpriced dining.
after i stayed luxury hotel, i wanted to move cheap hotel. in georgetown i found several hotels. among them this hotel is near from little indian town, center of georgetown. even room is dark, they looks very cozy. and staffs are very kind. with reasonable money, this hotel is best choice
Thank you Le Dream, from the moment we stepped into the hotel we felt welcome. Fong and everyone on the front desk were terrific. Our room on the first floor was quiet and the block out curtains and temperature made it a very pleasant place to relax in the middle of the day. The evenings on the roof with the attentive service of Azman and his off sider Adam were much appreciated, 2 free wines each, tea coffee biscuits and ice cream. Also great selection at breakfast time and staff very helpful. We also loved the position of the Hotel, walking distance to lots of eating places, Prangin Mall and Komtar. The free buses around Georgetown were fabulous. We would definitely stay here again.
My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting the sights and sounds of the capital. Situated perfectly to visit the town this lovely hotel, so clean and friendly, very quirky but well done - worth a visit on its own!!. Staff are amazing and on arrival we had complimentary Afternoon Tea. We especially loved the rooftop bar area and think more could be done with that lovely space. My only gripe would be that our room overlooked what I called Aircon Alley.
My wife chose this hotel from Internet reviews. We were supposed to stay with friends at Cititel. Check in was efficient. Explanation was clear. WiFi is good. Room was of decent size though toilet layout could be a bit better. Daily on the roof top, we enjoy cookies, ice cream and wine. Father and son team provide excellent service. Location is decently good amongst old and run down surrounding properties. I supposed it offer another aspect of local charm.
