Service from staff is tip top. Tq guys. Our requests were delightfully entertained. Quaint little hotel. Feels like home. Nicely accommodating all 20+ of us. The hotel is right in the middle oh Georgetown. Walking distance to many Penang hotspots. Grab is readily available for transport. Parking is rather limited but not much of a problem.

Great hospitality. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Room was clean , staff were there to assist all the time. Since there were only few units, it was not crowded. Breakfast was great, many choices, big portion served with fresh cut fruits & amazing white coffee. But there was no lift, walkway not stroller/disable-friendly. No parking space if bring your own car. There were dogs too, not too muslim friendly.

We stayed for two nights and it was amazing. Housekeeping came to our room 2-3times a day. They even put lavender scent so you can sleep well at night. They take out our trash regularly. If you grabfood to the place, they will help to serve the food. Hotel breakfast was delicious! Staff all were helpful, attentive and assist with anything we need. Kids really enjoyed their pool. They have netflix instead of lousy tv channels. Coffee maker in each room is amazing! 5 star!

Excellent service, clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had a problem ordering food digitally from a neighboring restaurant.The young man in the reception helped us out by using his own phone. When the food arrived the staff arranged it nicely on plates for us. This is just a small example of their friendly service.

It was the attention to detail that set Noordin Mews apart. The room was made up during the day, but additionally, when you came in later in the evening you'd find the room made up a second time but with beautiful lavender oil burning and a different treat left on the bed each night. The breakfasts were a bit hit and miss. The good - the fruit and coffee, shakshouka, French toast, dim sum, paratha. The not so good - the classic English-style breakfast, the muesli. The service was excellent though. We also had an issue during our stay that was resolved beyond expectations. Eve is an exceptionally helpful and friendly host. When we checked in she gave us a very detailed summary of all the best places for Penang street food and answered all our questions about Georgetown.

It is like travelling back in time staying at this place with some touch of modern amenities and facilities. I love the overall look and feel of the place. It is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Luscious plants and gigantic flowers fill up the courtyard which has plenty space and corners for us to lounge and perhaps some pics for the memories. Breakfast selection is fantastic and tasty. Choose which ever from the menu and you will not be disappointed. A few notes for improvement that I want to suggest. Covid 19 has changed the way we do things for most part. In an effort to have a contact less check in process, I understand the need of having scanning QR code upon check in. A great pet friendly hotel. The services are top notch. Extremely friendly and helpful staffs. The rooms are great. Clean and well taken care. The classic breakfast was nice. We are coming back here again. For sure.

The hospitality of the staff was great, breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean. They are truly a pet friendly hotel, goody bag for our pups in the room and a guide to pet friendly places in Penang.

First we were welcome by very kind and helpful staff who explained us in express about the food, restaurants, transportation and places to see. Than we saw were well equipped courtyard with swimming pool, coaches, and armchairs. The equipment in the room also was satisfying. Every day we could in advance choose our breakfast so we had filling that the food doesn’t waist. Summary we were delighted to stay there and we can sincerely recommend.
