We had a beautiful quick getaway, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location and most of all we all had a great time. Noordin Mews was beautifully restored, quaint deco style that reminded us of the good old days :)

I actually reviewed after our July2020 trip but couldn't find my review. NoordinMews has been our Penang home since its inception and Belinda has set the tone since then. During this Covid19 period, the extra care taken to ensure our safety is faultless from disinfecting the cutlery at breakfast and contact points in the rooms to notifying us their daily temperatures in little notes. I dont need to reiterate on the hotel's cleanliness/ location etc as it's well documented on other reviews. NoordinMews will Not be as welcoming to us and our furkids Gucci the chi and Tiffy the poodle Without the team. Thank you and see you soon Belinda, Edric and Anong

Customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and kind towards our animals. I literally just wrote a nice review, but the trip advisor website forced me to log into an account I’ll never use again. Then, when I tried to submit, I had to write the whole review again. So, sorry Noordin Mews. Trip Advisor just messed up your excellent review. Anyway, great staff. Great location. Would definitely recommend to pet owners. I wouldn’t recommend trying to leave reviews with trip advisor however.

This cozy boutique is well-located and has a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff is incredibly accommodating and kind towards animals. We brought our well-behaved corgi and bird and they allowed us to bring them to breakfast which was a treat for us and the animals. The breakfast was healthy, delicious and plentiful. They take your order the day before so you don’t have to wait long for your order. We didn’t go in the pool, but it looked inviting. Would definitely recommend to pet owners!

It is rare to find hotel staff that are so meticulous when it comes down to ensuring guests (and their pets) have a pleasant stay; we wanted to just stay in despite having a list of things to do on the island. Like us, if you love travelling with your pet, we highly recommend Noordin Mews- rooms are comfortable, clean and well sanitised. Given the current situation, they have also gone above and beyond to ensure the stay is not just comfortable but safe, by keeping guests well informed of procedures being carried out from rooms being cleaned to care of cutlery at breakfast. The relaxed ambience is also complemented by an almost community-like spirit of pet owners on vacation. From Dogs and Cats to even Birds... our stay at Noordin Mews itself was what made our trip to Penang
