Lovely characterful hotel which has been sympathetically converted from old Chinese houses. Rooms are authentically furnished and very comfortable. An excellent base for exploring the heritage district of Georgetown. Many thanks to the staff for their helpful tips on getting to the best places of interest/restaurants and also getting my mobile phone back to me which I inadvertently left behind...

We have just spent 15 days at Seven Terraces. In years of travel I can say that my needs and wishes have never been so easily and graciously met. The staff and particularly the General Manager,Robert with Wendy's able support gave accurate and enthusiastic advice and assistance ,making Penang so much more accessible and enjoyable. The hotel itself is a beautiful...

Its difficult to speak too highly of Seven Terraces. The place itself, the location, the staff and the food were all outstanding. Definitely recommend eating at least once in its Kebaya restaurant during a stay - it is excellent.

From the moment we arrived we felt almost like personal guests. The staff were so warm and friendly as well as very helpful. The rooms are full of beautiful Chinese antiques and history, and to sit in the shady breeze with a book beside the pool was wonderful! My husband wasn't very well during our stay in Georgetown so we...

I am a single woman in my 60's and recently spent a week at Seven Terraces. I found the staff particularly Robert, Wendy and Jane, warm and accomodating nothing was to much bother for them, they were amazing and made my stay in such a beautiful hotel, with amazing food, a memory I will treasure forever.

What a super small hotel! Very elegant decorated, super service, central location in Georgetown, small pool available which is convenient when you're travelling with kids. Kids are welcome. They also have an excellent restaurant. Breakfast is 'a la carte' and of an outstanding quality. Worth the money

From the moment we checked in, Wendy made us feel at home giving us all the necessary information about the hotel and Georgetown- places to eat especially! The room was a delight with attentive and smiling staff at every corner. Special mention to Dinesh, our breakfast waiter for both the mornings we were there- he was extremely polite and courteous...

we had a group of 6 of us checking into 7Terraces, the location is super central. what helped a lot was the patience and kindness of the front desk staff - Wendy and Jane. Every morning, these two TaChi (elder sis) took time out to guide us what to see, where to go, and what to eat. Look for and...

My sister and I stayed for a night before heading to our parents' place. The room is gorgeous, the staff members were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. We felt very welcomed by them. We are not that familiar with the area, so we asked the nice (and funny) receptionist, Jaja, what we can do around the place...

We enjoyed two nights stay at Seven Terraces and had a duplex room with a four-poster bed upstairs. The second toilet at the top floor is a welcome addition. So too the small outdoor space to view the surrounding buildings. The lounge area below is set up with armchairs and a Chinese-style banquette, side table with kettle and beverage packets...
