Beautiful renovated old shophouse building, spacious rooms, tasteful decor, clever use of space, plenty of electrical outlets, good wifi in room and all over the hotel, but the biggest plus is the staff... So friendly, knowledgable and accommodating... Nothing too much trouble. There's a nice little cafe / bar attached where they serve a breakfast that will set you up...

Nice hotel that is clean and well located. Uma was an excellent host who helped make us feel right at home. Only thing was the small steps was kinda steep so may not be ideal for elderly people. Otherwise was a splendid stay.

The hotel is located in little India which is close to the Tourist spots which are within walking distance. We could get from tosai to Char Kuay Teow from just across the road & even have it ferried to our hotel to enjoy with in-house coffee. The hotel breakfast was sufficient but quite basic as most people opted to have...

My friends and I met up in Penang for a long weekend get together. The service provided by Uma and her team were wonderful. The room were spacious and clean and the rates very reasonable. The location made getting local food at any hour so easy. So such better than the Gurney drive tourist trap. The only negative was the...

What a lovely hotel, we were made to feel like family as soon as we arrived! The hotel itself is very beautiful, historic and located slap bang in the middle of Little India, which proved to be a fantastic location to go exploring from. There's a lot of attention to detail in the place, all the staff are very friendly...

We stayed at the lovely place for three nights. The building is thoughfully restored. It gave us a feeling that each piece of furniture and decoration was chosen with love and care. The location is perfect with basically the whole of the Heritage Area of George Town within walking distance. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The home-made lemonade served...

If you are looking at walking around the Heritage Area of Georgetown, this is the perfect location. In the midst of Little India, good local food around and friendly locals. No immediate noisy neighbours, loved the very casual ambience of this boutique hotel, just like living in your friend's house. Simple but good enough breakfast with a touch of local...

The place is beautifully restored. I loved its tasteful interior. Its location is perfect! Great food just across the street-- char koey teow and coffee one one side, succulent tandoori and butter chicken across another. Our room was very comfortable with its own T&B. Sufficient to fit three people. Most importantly, the staff and management is excellent, cheerful and helpful...
