Good value budget offering. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean and it's in a central location. They are all around a central atrium so would all have windows. You get - en suite, aircon, hair dryer, safe, TV, decent WiFi. You don't get a fridge, and although there is a kettle they don't supply tea, sugar or any milk variants....

It is a very nice hotel and located in the heart of the Georgetown, Penang. Located nearby a lot of attractions such as street art, Masjid Kapitan Kling, Komtar dan many more. Room in a good condition and love the duvet!

We stayed here for 1 night and I think this hotel is underrated. It had the feel of a real heritage hotel and the stay was just perfect. The staff was also great. They allowed us an early check in of 11am and a late check out at 1pm. The next time we're back to George Town, definitely staying here...

This place is a walk away about 10 mins to all the attractions in georgetown. The hotel is just nice and clean. Don't expect alot of amenities etc. All major shopping malls , heritage sites and 3d museums etc are at walking distances. There is also a 24 hours convenience store right below.

Me and a girl friend of mine stayed for four days. We arrived before even 11am cos we had a morning flight over. In our booking, we did mentioned our request to access our room earlier if possible. When we asked again, yeah. There is this such thing of checking in to our room earlier if we ask and if...

The twin room is spacious & clean. But the wall not sound proof. Transportation not very convenient, need to walk to Komstar for buses. Unless u want to take the free CAT bus opposite the hotel but is always crowded. Overall the stay is pleasant and counter staffs are very friendly!

Location of hotel is good- easy access to places for food and streets. The food served at the restaurant was good too. Just to share: no mini bar, phone in the room. Probably the 24hr convenience store (at the lobby) could provide the cold drinks). Other than that, basics (water, kettle, hairdryer) are provided. On the whole, comfortable and pleasant...

Very helpful and friendly staff, down to even the security guards who assisted me with my luggage. Also, the kettle in my room wasn't functioning and within minutes of lodging a complaint I received a replacement from a very polite maintenance worker. Kudos for good service! Room was spacious, neat and very cosy for the price. Bathroom was also quite...

We stayed here for 3 nights around Xmas. I heard it was renovated relatively recently, and it shows. The rooms aren't bad but maybe a little pricey for Malaysians cities because of being in the historic district. However, that said, we were able to walk to lots of interesting spots from there. Considered the bike rental system (there's one right...
