Very disappointed,Second time we came here.We asked the lady in reception (Afternoon shift)for walk-in booking. She told us only one word “No” that was fine. We can made OTA booking and back to check-in again. She told us”wait haft and hours “. She did not offer anything complimentary(welcome drink-cold towel) The staff was rude. She kept saying “No”when We asked for car park. We would have understood that all area were not available.but we saw it have area for our car. The staff has a terrible attitude and not helpful. Overall,We would NOT recommend this hotel and we won’t be back.

What i like :- Location : walking distance to street art area - the wall paintings, the old building (old historical shops), the art galleries as well as attractions and shopping malls. Bed : comfort Room : spacious Air-conditioner : cold and is very cold What i don't like :- Parking : very limited parking for hotel guests. Once the parking is full, you have to find your own space by the roadside. i have to round the area about 6-7 times just to search for parking space and make sure you parked your car in the designated space. Towel : was given torn towel and there was stain on the the towel Dust : can see the dust under the bed and it seems it has not been swept by the cleaners. Wall : need better soundproofing.

This was a lovely hotel, walking distance from many attractions and shopping. Also, the free bus had a stop just across the street. We found good eating places very close by. The hotel was clean and well kept up. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Even though it is a heritage hotel, it doesn't look really old, and quite well kept. My room is always being cleaned regularly, and the room itself is quite spacious. I got the room on 3rd or 4th floor and the view to the street was nice, try to wake up early! Unfortunately, it is a bit noisy. Especially because at my visit it's the hungry ghost festival but honestly I could still keep up with it and just try to ignore the sounds.

+ Double room and family room is big and clean. + Convenience store and restaurant attach with the hotel. + Strategic location in the town. + Free parking, but first come first served basis. - Frontdesk staff is so strict with the check in time at 3PM, even though the hotel is not full day before. - Room facilities need to take care by the management.
