There were knocking from the cupboard whole night. I couldn't sleep. I booked 2 nites. Didn't bother to ask change rooms. Check out the next morning. Facilities dated. Water from tap so slow. They collect a Heritage fee of RM4. I asked why? The girl at the reception said because the name is Heritage 🤦🏻‍♂️. I saw guest brings in durians in the lift.

Hotel was nicely located in town;walking distance to Komtar, 1st ave and Pranglin mall. There are small local food shops ie coffee shops around the hotel. The room was basic with towels and hair dryer. The water pressure for stand shower was great at level 4 of 7. The room, decent sized and priced but there's no room slippers nor hair towels. The walls are thin as conversation from the other floors were amplified by the void space in the centre of the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting Penang in Feb 2019. The main reason to book this hotel was its location which is close to all landmarks. The check-in process was smooth and i went up to my room only to find out that the aircon is not working. Since the rooms dont have intercom, i had to come downstairs to tell the receptionist about the AC not working. She told me that the technician would come to my room to check the AC. When i went up, a technician was already in my room checking the AC(Yes! They used their key to open the room and go inside). He then took a couple of minutes to check the AC and asked me to wait for 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, the AC still did not work and i was shifted to another room which was a family room. So for the rest of my stay i got an

We had an utterly terrible experience with this Hotel and their poor customer service. LENGTHY REVIEW BUT PLEASE READ BEFORE STAYING. My elderly parents and I booked this hotel from 19-24th April, Deluxe Family Room, through Agoda and because we had missed our bus to Penang from KL on the 19th, we had Agoda's help to inform the hotel our check-in will be on the 20th, and we added another night through agoda with the total stay of 5 nights (20-25April). Upon arriving on this hotel on the 20th 11pm, we had to wait 30 minutes for the receptionist to finalize our booking. Received ONE card key for a FAMILY ROOM, asked for another card to which the receptionist replied "Don't have, we only have 1 card. You can just ask us to open the room when you need it". Please note we did not
