Extremely friendly polite courteous staff, Super breakfasts, exceptional Indigo restaurant, convenient location, delightful cocktails, great service, exquisite detailing, interesting historical venue, with wonderful big spacious rooms steeped in history. Always a pleasure to return to a home away from home (my grandparents home!)... Thank you very much
Such a unique and beautiful hotel, our stay was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our guided tour with Terry who provided a fascinating insight into the mansions as well as some history of Georgetown- we couldn’t recommend the hotel and tour more highly
this exotic beautiful in Morocco blue mansion is eye catchy and instagramable, but this just the beginning of the whole culture experience there is way more your can explore in it. all staff are helpful and experienced all the time. Help us lifting our more than 30kg luggage to 1st floor. Give us local handmade dessert everyday. serve local food (everyday is different) in breakfast. highly recommend to join their tour so that you can have comprehensive background story of this mansion and how it is affected by WWII to now. Enjoy a Gezeng (Chinese instruments) performance in Fri evening in such a historical mansion is a perfect match, listening to the Chinese music and feel the breeze in atrium. we are very luckily here during Eid al-Fitr 'Feast of Breaking the Fast' that means the local traffic is very busy and we cannot buy any train tickets to continue our journey in the coming 3 days. But the staff here help us find all the possible way to go KL. Staff even would love to do a sandwich before we check out at 4:00 am. I would love to stay here again after we stayed here for 4 nights.…
Excellent service from the staffs and instaworthy heritage hotel for an utter different experience. Almost every parts of the building has a wonderful story behind. My best place to chill and unwind definitely goes to their poolside garden. I can stay there for three straight hours. Not to mention, the bar serves good foods, wines and fresh fruit juices! Breakfast & high tea at the courtyard are definitely my highlights. Also, I've tried breakfast in Magga and the cafe is so cozy and colorful with picnic and sunshine vibes interior, you can take great Instagram shoots there too! Dinner in Indigo is much suggested for a fine dining experience with your loved ones and family during your stay. We even got complementary nyonya kuih with lovely notes sent to our room during evenings. Overall, it's a wonderful experience, fun fact I actually extended my stay just to collect more moments! Never getting enough of it, will definitely revisit one day! I would give cheong fatt tze mansion five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟…
The tour was impeccable, extremely informative and it’s honestly such a pretty place!! The tour guide, Terry, was very precise and very open to receiving and answering questions! 10/10 would recommend!
