This hotel is very comfortable and all staff are very kind. We love this hotel! Though it was a short trip this time, we had would like to stay more if possible. We will stay there again if we will go to Penang.

We selected this hotel based on the character we saw in the photos. We weren't disappointed. Elegant and beautiful... and a very fancy toilet! It was very clean and it's location is great. Staff were helpful and friendly

For your kind info, hotel don't have lift but staircase one floor up. Thank you.

The deluxe is on the lower floor at the rear of the building and has a small garden. It is a lovely room, but they all are. You would be very happy with either.

Why not stay at Yeng Keng then? Price is 50% more, but that entitles in-house guests to exclusively enjoy facilities, like the pool.
