Great place to stay for a couple for one or two nights, particularly if you intend to eat at the excellent restaurant on site. There is a swimming pool but it's proximity next to the road makes it rather uninviting. The bathroom was uber cool but the lack of blinds meant light flooded into the bedroom which made it difficult to sleep well.

Clean budget hotel, fast checking helpful staff, clean basic budget. Many restaurant and convenience store around. Close to everywhere to PAH or Inland Hospital. Mostly Asian stay here. Stay at room 301 you can hear the traffic outside. House keeping forgot to clean the room but FO staff able to replace towels and water. The false alarm make noise 2 night in the row, Internet is fair.

We stayed for two nights in the deluxe triple room. The room was clean, Wifi connection was good. No windows in the bedroom. A window is located in the bath room. Hot water shower was available in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and polite. 24 hours mini market is just beside the Hotel. Easy to find meals/food around the hotel. Close to New Lane Hawker (chinese food), close to hospital, close to Nasi Kandar, Komtar, Masjid Jamee Simpang Enam and GAMA super market. The location is strategic and easy to find taxi, bus or Grab. Recommended hotel.

This hotel is very basic. Windowkess room but clean & cosy. Big plus point is that it us near the food stalls at New Lane & shopping at Gama & Times Square. At night food trucks galore are opposite & next door all the hawked food. At RM130 it's a steal

Hotel is located right beside Lorong Baru which was famous for its local street food. There’s also a 24hr Mart next door. Ban Heang biscuit shop is just behind the hotel. Receptionists are nice. The room is very clean, packets of 3in1 coffee are provided. Perhaps the only drawback is the poor sound-proof door, woke up a few times throughout the nights due to loud noise from neighbours talking at the corridor outside my room. I’ll highly recommend this hotel to those that are not so sensitive to noise. I also suggest the hotel management to take this into consideration if you’re going to renovate your hotel in the future.

We've already stayed here the 2nd time now and find the location really good. Local food stalls just next door and shopping malls and bars just walking distance. Also like it as since i like massages, there is a nice massage place near by. A pharmacy around the corner too. The hotel itself is a simple basic hotel, it is clean and well maintained. Looks new. Not a big fan of the tv channels though, not my kind of channels. The bed is comfy and aircond is good. I like how they try to also keep the common areas as cool as possible and its clean at these areas too. All in all we felt comfortable and will stay here again on our next trip. I usually take pics but forgot this time.

I really wanted to like this hotel. The location is great! Next to a food street and within walking distance to 1st Avenue Mall. Room was very basic but clean nonetheless. Bed was okay for a budget hotel. They also provide mineral water every day after housekeeping. Shower water pressure was great and the shower was easy to use. No fumbling around to get the right temperature. HOWEVER, the walls need some serious soundproofing. I could hear when my next door neighbours close and open with toilet doors, when people walk along the corridors and when some kid decide to start laughing and screaming at 1.00am in the morning on my first night at the hotel. Granted, the hotel staff response was quite prompt. They managed to locate the source of the noise and inform the occupants to lower their volume. BUT, I had to go all the way down to the reception for this as there's no phone inside the room. Also, if you are staying at the hotel when its fully occupied, you cant ask for extra pillows for a double bed. They can only provide 1 more, which is already in the room. That means someone has to sleep with only 1 pillow. So yup, stay away if you are a light sleeper.

Location: surrounded by street foods, local foods as well, variety choice but not in reasonable price. Malls around. Room: clean but small for 4 person, difficulty in putting luggage, very small bathroom. Not suitable for big group of people. Customer service: sorry to say it is very Poor. Staff sitting to deal with customer instead of standing. They having their lunch/dinner at front desk. Staff smoking in front of the hotel. There is a staff stay ignore while customer carrying their big luggage, he walk away instead of helping her. Even this is not a 5 stars hotel, the basic hotel image is important to apply too. I wont not choose this hotel for my next visit to Penang.
