This is an old house part of the patrimony. It's special, the location is great. It's easy to visit George Town on foot
The staff is very kind and carried pur luggage from our room on the 1st floor
Check in even late went smoothly so that we could go to eat upon arrival it was 23:00 I appreciated that they said we shall do the check in when you come back from dinner.
The room is like in the picture
I didn't like the bathroom which got everytime full of water when showering
A shower door could be put there

The place is well situated but very inconvenient for parking and one way streets - no fault of the hotel of course . Reception was easy to check in but they do not help with bags and there are no elevators . We booked a room for 3 but practically had to insist on bedding for the sofa bed as there was no assistance or information at all. The water pressure was good and the hotel is very clean . It’s not great for noise insulation . Overall it was a good stay but I don’t think I would return again - service was mediocre .

Good ambience, wonderful friendly staff. Very well refurbished old shop lot. Lots of picture perfect areas throughout the building. The awful lumpy pillows definitely did not make my sleep here comfortable. I had to have a massage cos my shoulders hurt! Lovely bar that serves wine and tapas.

The hotel is located in a super central area (5 minutes walk from Chew Jetty, 10 minutes from Armenian Street). The rooms are not huge, if you have slightly large luggage it is difficult to understand where to place them. To give a further idea of the small spaces, there isn't even a wardrobe. Another flaw is the fact that the bathroom does not have a window but a fan, in fact when you enter the room you smell damp. Nonetheless it is a more than good hotel, here in Malaysia I have seen worse rooms and definitely dirtier. The Rate is clean and is equipped with everything you need to ensure you don't miss anything. The guys at the reception are all very kind and super helpful. I recommend it for a short stay in George Town.

During the RMCO it’s very affordable to travel within Malaysia, foreign tourists are still not allowed to enter the country. Due to the very reasonable price I’ve booked this hotel. Love the room, very well decorated and super clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, and the location is simply perfect. A bit noisy from the rooms just next door - and a room without window is okay for a short vacation.

I can't brag enough about my holiday retreat to this heritage hotel. It was above and beyond my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were somewhere really special. I’d particularly like to thank Yannis & Kelvin from the front desk for their excellent hospitality and service. Sia from Ferment Wineknowledge, who provide superb service and have fantastic wine knowledge with a genuine passion for her work.

Kudos to the whole team, thanks for the wonderful stay

A beautifully designed and decorated hotel in Georgetown. The rooms are really comfortable and clean! Beautiful furniture and small touches. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of space for luggage. The staff was really nice and check-in was easy. Drinking water available on the ground floor. I highly recommend staying here and would come back! Thank you;)

We stayed in reunion heritage house for 3 nights and definitely would stay longer. Place is clean, staff very friendly, we didn’t have a better breakfast that was included during our whole trip. Rooms aren’t super spacious but very comfortable with a fan, air con and bathroom. Definitely recommended!

The location is great. In the middle of George Town. The hotel is new I think. The front office guy was good & helpful. The room was going back to 70s. I like the decor.
The room is clean and smell good. The bathroom was great.
Not much facilities here such as swimming pool, gym. They just open a restaurant beside it. They sell their own ice cream. Sedap.....
Have to look for your own parking here.
Had a good stay here.

Hi there, Good day and thanks for writing to us. There are 3 options to our hotel. You can purchase the taxi ticket at the designated counter at the airport arrival hall. We are located in Zone 5, taxi fare would be around MYR 40. The whole journey takes approximately 20 mins-30 mins depending on the traffic. Alternatively, you may also consider taking Uber, a cheaper option; or you may even consider taking our hotel airport transit, at a sur charge of MYR 50 with private car. For bus, You can purchase the bus ticket at Penang airport ground floor level arrival hall. Take the Rapid Bus, bus number 401 E, which leaves the airport every 30 mins. Bus fare is around MYR 2.70 per trip, takes about 1 hour to reach the Weld Quay Bus Terminal, from the bus terminal, you would need to walk to our hotel ( 8 mins). Our exact address is 107, Lebuh Victoria, 10300, Penang. Likewise for your returning journey to airport, you may walk to the same bus terminal and take the same bus back to the airport. Please let us know should you require further information Thank You
