The location is great. In the middle of George Town. The hotel is new I think. The front office guy was good & helpful. The room was going back to 70s. I like the decor. The room is clean and smell good. The bathroom was great. Not much facilities here such as swimming pool, gym. They just open a restaurant beside it. They sell their own ice cream. Sedap..... Have to look for your own parking here. Had a good stay here.

Room not bad - so so Dripping air conditioner which wasn’t great Quite noisey, walls are thin and sound reverberates Pillows lumpy Overall fixtures and fittings not great things hanging off the walls etc We asked to leave early to help with our flight and reception staff not helpful or bothered regarding a possible refund - they were also not particularly welcoming Overall for price paid it was ok

Hello, Extremely disappointed for my stay. There were a number of issues that occurred that should be basic procedures at a hotel. 1. Prior to coming to the property I requested some tourism information for a cooking class or food tour. I was told that the hotel could not recommend anything. 2. Arriving at the hotel I requested whether there was laundry facilities on site or if the staff could help me find one. They did not help me and said there isn’t one on site. 3. The overhead shower head did not work in my room and the clasp for the lower one was Brocken. 4. I placed the ‘please tidy the room’ sign on my room door after my second night at 8:30am on my return in the evening - the room had not been cleaned. House keeping had not entered my room. I then went to the front desk to ask for a room change - the staff member said he did not know how to do that. I asked for fresh towels - I was given stained towels. I then asked for another towel and was given one - however I do question to the cleanliness. Overall, the staff were unhelpful and my stay was not comfortable. I asked on a number of occasions for help and was not given any. I will not be recommending this hotel. …

Good ambience, wonderful friendly staff. Very well refurbished old shop lot. Lots of picture perfect areas throughout the building. The awful lumpy pillows definitely did not make my sleep here comfortable. I had to have a massage cos my shoulders hurt! Lovely bar that serves wine and tapas.

I can't brag enough about my holiday retreat to this heritage hotel. It was above and beyond my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were somewhere really special. I’d particularly like to thank Yannis & Kelvin from the front desk for their excellent hospitality and service. Sia from Ferment Wineknowledge, who provide superb service and have fantastic wine knowledge with a genuine passion for her work. Kudos to the whole team, thanks for the wonderful stay

The moment we arrive at the hotel we were greeted by the staf and a genuine service extended through out our stay..Check in process was smooth.Very professionals staff handling and explain every details bout the hotel."A heritage hotel".Loved everything here,from the service to the ambience...room was beautiful and very clean.. concierge will assist us with luggage during check in and check out.The location is good,most of the places are within walking distance.Enjoy our stay here.Keep good up the good hospitality team..!!! 5 🌟

During the RMCO it’s very affordable to travel within Malaysia, foreign tourists are still not allowed to enter the country. Due to the very reasonable price I’ve booked this hotel. Love the room, very well decorated and super clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, and the location is simply perfect. A bit noisy from the rooms just next door - and a room without window is okay for a short vacation.

We stayed in reunion heritage house for 3 nights and definitely would stay longer. Place is clean, staff very friendly, we didn’t have a better breakfast that was included during our whole trip. Rooms aren’t super spacious but very comfortable with a fan, air con and bathroom. Definitely recommended!

Hotel seems ok upon entry but everything went downhill from there. I removed the decorative runner at the foot of the bed and found food stains on the bed cover. I went to reception to ask for a replacement. I was told they didn’t have time but they could leave one for me to remake the bed myself. Our bathroom flooded when we showered. The staff did nothing about it. I asked for housekeeping to remove and replace soaked towels from our bathroom and to clean the room. I also asked for housekeeping to clean our room 3 times. They never once cleaned the room during our 2 night stay. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. There are many other options. I chose poorly.

The decor of this heritage hotel is really nice but the room we stayed in was really small and worn out, it has very heavy dampness to it. When feedback to the staff, I was told that this is a heritage building but I still think it’s time to renovate the room. There’s only a table in the room and dun have enough space to put ur clothes, the clothes will have to be left in the luggage or put on the table. However the location is near to the tourist area.
