this is my 2nd visit here. this time around i totally love it even i extended my stay from 1 night to 2 nights😊. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: kudos on this part. i booked signature king room at 12noon same day and arrived at the hotel 1pm. the room is ready and i just can check in. ROOM: clean, comfortable. this time around my room is quite small but the bathroom is spacious because the room located at the corner. i love it btw. for room interior i think they purposely put different design bedside lamp. BREAKFAST: guys... u should try breakfast here👍. this time i took room with breakfast and really happy with it. due to mco breakfast sent to room. very punctual. i request breakfast at 7.30am & here they are at 7.30am! but here u cannot choose the breakfast. they have specific breakfast for each day. u can check during check in. u just can choose either want coffee/juice. thats all. the pastry here THE BEST👍. freshly baked & warm. FACILITIES: MCO- all facilities closed. IOI MALL is connected with the hotel. so u just walk few steps n taraaa...u already in mall. PARKING: parking is free. just get into parking entrance beside lobby. just validate the ticket everytime u want to go out.…

My husband and I had previously stayed in Le Meridien Putrajaya pre-Covid and absolutely enjoyed our time there. During the CMCO, we decided to revisit this hotel. And it did not disappoint. We had a lovely time there and would highly recommend everyone to give it a go despite being in MCO. Room : As a platinum member, the hotel had very kindly upgraded us to their Gallery Suite. Room was extremely spacious with a view overlooking the golf course. Evening Cocktails : Despite the many covid restrictions, the hotel tried their best to maintain this benefit for their platinum members. Afternoon tea and evening cocktails were sent to our room with an amazing selection of delicacies. We really appreciate this gesture as one of the highlight of our stays with Le Meridien Hotels had always been their amazing evening cocktails. Breakfast : Good food selection. Prompt service. 1. Latitude 02, Le Meridien is easily accessible from the hotel entrance, but a bypass lined by marbled floors from the IOI City Mall will direct you straight to the lobby lounge. 2. I bought the KLOOK voucher at RM58 for 2 pax, but I discovered that Club Marriott (CM) members also enjoy 50% discount at the same price. Since CM is a paid membership, its members should enjoy better savings. 3. The voucher redemption is quick. The bartender already had the reservation list ready, and he only requested the purchased voucher to scan it for verification. 4. We were quickly served. The bartender came to our table to promptly set up the table and delivered a teapot with steeped Dilmah English Breakfast tea. We could not choose our teas. Either the teas were prepared in advance, or there was only one choice, we could not be sure. Then, another bartender came with the foods. 5. Besides the normal hi-tea offerings (scones, treats, cold savouries), Le Meridien added Malaysian flavours to the hot savouries. We were served curry puffs and roti jala complete with chicken curry. Sadly, the roti jala and the chicken curry were served cold. 6. The curry puffs were prepared fresh. The cheesecake, the smoked salmon wrap and the scones were the highlights of the hi-tea. I had no complaints about the cut fruits. The other treats were too sweet. The red velvet cake did not taste like red velvet at all. 7. The lobby lounge was not busy, and we had a great time. I asked for a refill for the tea, and the bartender respectfully obliged. The premise was well-kept and clean. However, if you glance upwards to see the high ceiling and the beautiful suspended downlights, you cannot help but notice a cracked glass wall panel on the bar-back side. 8. Overall, RM58 for hi-tea at this establishment is value for money judging from food and service quality. However, I could not see myself going at a full price.…

Next to the very popular IOI City Mall, it has a lot to offer. Golf course is also just opposite the road. Of course the mall gave this hotel lots of option on activities, dining and shopping. The hotel itself has friendly staff and in my opinion one of the best Bonvoy Club Lounges in Malaysia. The food is delicious and the spread is interesting enough. And to top it off, the views from the top floor is great. One of our favourite staycation destinations.

Our dinner at Latest recipe Le Meridien Putrajaya. We arrived in front of hostess counter, hostess greet us with smile, when i said i go for A La Carte and she said a la carte have to wait for 30 minute and she said i have to ask my manager first, manager and supervisor standing there, supervisor(Muhammad fadilah) lead us to the table. We ordered Tenderloin medium rare,singapore mee hoon and dessert chocolate cake with vanila ice cream and drinks pepsi (not available) change to pepsi light and ice lemon tea. Muhammad fadullah (supervisor) was taking our order. While waiting our food coming, Muhammad fadullah give us complimentary mushroom soup..that was fantastic soup. First food out is singapore mee hoon and it’s superb presentation and look so tempting and after a few minute Tenderloin medium rare is arrived on my table with beautiful presentation. I cut it in a small portion, when i cut for second time i saw a string in the middle of tenderloin meat..WHAT??? I loss my appetite..Why this happen in 5 stars hotel? Hotel is lack in food safety and hygiene. We called again Muhammad fadullah and ask him this is standard for serving Tenderloin and he said No, he said sorry and he offer to changed any food. I ordered grilled salmon. While waiting my grilled salmon coming, muhammad fadullah give me complimentary salad. Just because of my loss appetite and i just ate half of the grill salmon. Waiting for manager to come but no SHOW UP...Muhammad fadullah was the one run the show starting taking order till the end, he was very attentive,prompt, being available,exceptional and service with smile.…
