No matter how fast the check-in, how nice the room, beautiful lake view, variety of the breakfast spread, cleanliness should be of utmost importance which this particular room (room 718) we stayed was not. the coffee mugs were not cleaned properly and worst of all, it was infested with cockroaches.. Aaargh!!!!!

Is this really a 5stars Hotel? the service is terrible (except for the receptionist, bellman, lounge attendant) the security guard outside gone too far for being disrespectful for the guest, in breakfast (Egg Station) a cook can’t cook a proper simple sunny side up eggs (burnt) which we consider as a joke, the food in the Dinner Room is chewy and not fresh the worst thing is they are cooking the meat and the fries in the same oil, the pool had a bad construction no proper drainage no pool attendant, all the time floor is slippery, the rooftop lounge has good and tasty food but they didn’t have fair price. The good thing in this hotel is the beautiful Lake View very peaceful, Spacious room with a nature friendly background and walking distance for Putrajaya attractions.

Everything was just nice. The check in was smooth. The front desk officers were friendly. The facilities were nice. Room was cosy with bath tub. My daughter loves Zenith. The breakfast was good. Hoping for more varieties since it is a 5 star hotel. Looking forward for more stays there.

This hotel has a beautiful location with nice rooms but 1.the food in the lg floor is horrible they cook the meat and the french fries in the same oil, the chicken was not fresh :( 2. Choices of the foods are limited in the rooftop resto 3. the service you can never compare with a real 5 stars hotel, very disappointing experience 4. the staff is not really friendly 5. the guy at the breakfast was unable to make proper sunny side up eggs I am sure we will not come back to this hotel again !!!

Dear 6attilaf, Thank you for your recent stay and we do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback but we are sorry to hear you did not have an altogether pleasant experience. It is very disheartening to hear of your dissatisfaction for the quality of food served and services accorded are horrible and can never compare with a real 5 stars hotel. With regards to the issues you experienced please allow me to explain, for point #1 you commented to the restaurant manager that your chicken chop was dry where he offered and replaced you a new chicken chop. However, it has become not fresh in your recent review. Point #2, you commented to us that our The Roof XIII is too pricey but it has become food are limited in your recent review. Point #3 and #4, the service you can never compare with a real 5 stars hotel and staff is not friendly. I believe you are referring to your external food delivery. As explained earlier, Hotel has its standard operating procedure for receiving external food order, a designated spot for external food delivery rider which caused some miscommunication between our security staff and yourself at the driveway where hotel employee are not receiving food on behalf of guest as part of safety measures. We will remind our staff to be more alert about such issue while adhering to our policies Point #5, In your comment earlier with us, our junior chef does not understand your request but is has become he is unable to make proper sunny side up. 6attilaf, thank you once again for sharing your experience and it is with regret that you felt displeasure on the service however we do hope you can consider for another visit and have a better experience at that time. Nice room & surroundings. I’ve wonderful time staying here, very nice lakeview. Nice food & variety BUT on my 2nd day, so many people on breakfest & it’s full house and I didn’t get a seat. So need to wait 30min & UNFORTUNATELY, they didn’t topup food. So sad!

Very nice location. The outdoor area for breakfast is very relaxing. Excellent view of the lake with all its activities. Its protected from the morning hence it was cool and breezy. One criticism is the lack of staff during breakfast buffet. The skeleton staff on duty is working at their own slow pace with no sense of urgency. I had to clear and clean a table myself. Had to look for the location serviettes and cutlery in order to lay my table myself. I gave up waiting for my coffee mug at the coffee station. I feel sorry for the cafe staff. I didn't complain then. I did make their work easier by stacking my plates, bowls etc neatly before leaving table. I never waste food so the stacking was easy. On the way out as always I can't help noticing Malaysians like to waste food. Plenty of uneaten food on the tables…

Firstly, Cassie the front desk manager was so pleasant. He took care of all our needs including arranging for dinner reservation. We had a lovely one night stay at our favourite hotel in Putrajaya. Breakfast buffet was heavy! Will be back surely.

Take the lakeview room. Dont fancy the room layout though, bathroom & toilet doors have no lock. Sink is placed outside the bathroom, no privacy. Not suitable for family stay. Bathroom wall is glass covered, again no privacy. Not going there again. Food is yummy. Need a car to find eating places. Everything is far.
