I went to Makan Kitchen for lunch and had a peasant surprise. Mr. Ben personally took my order and explained about Taiping Tapir (a very good selection to have). His attention to detail was excellent, keropok and fruits were served to me while I waited for my sandwich. Thank you again Mr. Ben.

Stayed connected room for 2 nights. The room looked newly renovated and was spacious with sofa and coffee table. But, there was stained in the shower area. The water heater was faulty, unable to control the temperature of the water. The pillows were a bit soft and not so comfortable. The kids loved the water park but the adult pool was rather small. Breakfast spread looked descent and taste was ok. Staffs were friendly and accomodating. The hotel is a bit isolated. No restaurant or activity nearby.

Made a couple of stay during May 2023. 2Bed Room Suite (early May). Nice layout with large living area (guest bath, pantry, bar table and large sofa), master bed with ensuite bath and day bed and 2nd bedroom comes with twin bed and ensuite bath. Total of 3 LED TVs available. Good ac system. This suite can easily fit 6 pax! Family Deluxe Room (mid May). This room has separate living with sofa and bar table. Decent size bedroom with ensuite bath. Feels like the bedroom and bath is kind of small (maybe i am used to DT putrajaya suite bedroom and bath). It has 2 LED TVs. Good ac system. This room can easily fit 3 pax! Food as usual was amazing. The sweet mocktail bites, dinner and breakfast!. The team was awesome. Great view and the hotel is aesthetic. The place is quiet and the staff is very accomodating. One thing is just, i left a thing at the lobby but it was lost after trying to track it. But i guess its not the hotel's fault. Should be more careful of my belongings. I suggest also if they have a travel adapter to borrow since a lot of tourist came from other countries. They use Type G power socket.

stay 1 night here. Kids really enjoy the pool splash. The breakfasts food is good and have special station for kids. Friendly staff and special appreciation to cicilla and syahmi live teh tarik very amazing taste.

All staffs are friendly and helpful. Got the chance to have a taste of the Teh Tarik, Pandan and Cinnamon by Hanani during breakfast. The taste was excellent. Other food and drink was great and superb as well.

I had a wonderful relaxing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya, its a resort type of property to escape the hustle and bustle from KL. Relaxing and tranquil atmosphere by the lake. Rooms are clean and comfortable to Hilton's standard. There is a mini water park for children to enjoy for the day. Had wonderful meals at Makan Kitchen restaurant, friendly staff especially Victoria who made me feel very welcome and great selection of buffet spread. Would highly recommend this resort for a short relaxing getaway.
