I missed my connection and had to spend a day in Malaysia - a taxi driver recommended this hotel and it was a great location. It is literally a couple minutes walk away from IOI City Mall and also half way between the airport and the Petronas Twin Towers. I took a taxi to go see the towers from the hotel and it was really cool!
The hotel is basic, but convenient. There are basic amenities provided and my room even had a massage chair! There was no breakfast but I got some at the next door mall - IOI Mall. Staff were really helpful and friendly and I would recommend staying here.

Having a last min trip up to Putrajaya and booked on the same day prior to check in.

To my surprise this hotel is under the Gintel group and each of the room has the massage chair which is a great start however i think the bad part is probably more than the good part.

Let me start by the bad part is, almost all the room door is super difficult to open and close as it is not properly installed hence each time someone open and close their room door, the whole floor could hear it loud and clear - irritating if you are light sleeper.

Secondly, we booked two room and one of the room bathroom even had a previous guest left over hairband and shampoo bottle which did not get clear off - This give me the doubts that the room is well sanitized in this covid period!

Thirdly, my room fridge even had the left over milo and half drank drink in it. You would be wonder whether their cleaner actually clean up the room upon the guest checking out.

For a one night stay and the price, i wouldnt complaint much but honestly these are basic for a boutique hotel. Even a budget hotel are able to do cleaner than this.

Will never return again of course and i will tell you to stay away for my experience!

Our first visit prompted us to stay here again for the second time in a space of one month. The first stay was nice, we liked the room, especially the massage sofa in the room. The room itself is not big, but compact. There is an eating place adjacent to the hotel. Parking is the sore point here, but once the underground parking of the nearby business centers open, that problem could be less of a concern.
The room was quiet only to discover during our second stay that that was just because the next room was not occupied then. We can clearly and conveniently hear conversation in the next room. It is as if we’re a silent member of the conversation.
We found out that there’s an air gap running the whole height of the room - the separating wall does not touch the building glass panel. The gap is cleverly covered by the room curtain. That was to be our last stay here, unless of course one enjoys unintentional eavesdropping on topics people discuss before bedtime.

Pros
Loving the massage chair in the room. After Long day out, that's what I look forward to.
Room was clean when check in, staff were friendly and helpful, and did their best to accommodate my requests.
No designated parking for hotel guests but at least parking was free.
Had a 7 eleven and few restaurants nearby. If not ioi city mall was a 3 min drive away to get what you need

Cons
Limited parking spaces outside of the hotel, had to park in basement
More amenities (soaps, shampoo) would be nice
Some ants in the room

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Broken tiles in bathroom, broken sunk, no lights in shower area, no toilet paper, no tissue paper, no soap or shampoo and no water supplied. I wonder if it even deserves a one star. Will never ever stay here again. Rude housekeeping and receptionist too. This is a shame to Malaysian hospitality

Poorest hotel experience ever. Here's the summary because couldn't be bothered to waste any more moment on this place.

- Dirty rooms; leftover facewash & soap presumably from last customer(s) are not cleaned up.

- Terrible acoustics; like all the other preceding reviews said -- sound insulation is at its worst here.

- Smelly towels, stained walls; one could only wonder if the place were cleaned up prior to guess check-ins.

- Broken amenities; showerhead holder is just plain broken.

- Stiff bed, flat pillows, stained bedsheet; need I say more?

That's it. 0/10. Dont bother to spend your money here. The Indian-apps based hotel chain is faring better so I heard.

I initially had a good first impression of the room. It was so clean and quite spacious - more spacious than I had expected. TV provided fox movies so I was happy about that too. Shower nice also. There was a GINTELL massaging chair in the room. Unfortunately, we couldn't start it up, so at least we had an extra relaxing chair although it couldn't massage. It was really comfortable for me to do my work with the nice workstation the room provided. Also had a good sleep.

Then, as I was neating up the comforter, I spotted a bed bug walking on the white sheets, already full!

If it weren't for that bed bug I would have given a 5 star to this hotel. Hotel Management, please do something about this. We stayed in A3_ _ _ I forgot the exact room number.

the room is spacious and clean, two pillows are very comfy but the room i had has no window, no dustbin, no tissue and no tea/coffee making facilities. the simple wardrobe has 3 brand new wooden hangers and one long mirror so that you can almost see yourself from head to toes

The location is incorrect and the hotel is not fully ready to accept guests yet. After arrival most of the rooms are not fully ready to accept guest. Pretty bad experience for newcomer like me. And the surrounding do not have much food retailer to feed the hungry guests.
