I recently stayed at the D Boutique Hotel after arriving late and needing to catch an early flight next morning. I looked into options closer to LCCT in Sepang but they offered little value. I simply didn’t like the options for the under 180RM price range.

The Superior room I stayed at costed around 125RM and was truly excellent value for money. The room was spacious and was very clean. Only minor complaint is I found a cockroach in the bathroom. It did worry me that this would be the first of many encounters during my stay but thankfully it was the only pest I encountered in the room.

I think the hotel has been recently renovated and I could not fault the presentation of the rooms. The room came with large windows overlooking some pastures and KL in the backdrop. It was actually quite a nice view and unfortunately I did not notice this sooner, given I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the day. The air-con was quite effective and the showers bathrooms faultless. Good water pressure, hot water, excellent plumbing. Room comes with most amenities you need such as kettle, hairdryer, cups, free bottled water, safe, mini fridge and bathroom amenities.

For that price, better than any accommodation you can find near LCCT. Internet speed was very acceptable and uncapped. I had to unfortunately call the reception for the password as it was not provided.

Did I mention the price also includes breakfast? It’s not facy but you have a really good selection of cerals in mini boxes (those things are costly!), milk, eggs, sausages, toast, juice. I recall they even had excellent asian style breakfast. You can get leaf wrapped noddles and fried rice too! If you want to grab local food there are some restaurants and shops literally a stones throw away from the hotel.

Highly recommended for an overnight stay in transit to/from LCCT. Only downside is you’re almost guaranteed the taxi driver won’t know where the hotel is so have a look at another review that was very helpful in providing instructions (I’m disappointed this was not posted before my stay!). My driver was terrible. He lied and told another driver at the airport he knew where the hotel was when he didn’t. He then wanted to have a smoke in the cab. Asked to use my phone to call the hotel, almost coughed out his lungs and then refused to take me inside the complex where the hotel is situated. I had to take a 2 minute walk from the road!

Recommend you arrange transfers with the hotel. They charge 45RM to the airport which is fair enough. If you could hail a cab that was honest enough to run the meter you might get a 35RM fare.

Hotel service was fantastic and check in smooth yet efficient. Felt like a safe hotel with a guard, key card systems and CCTV cameras.

Do try it!!!

I booked this hotel last minute after attending my first day seminar at PICC. Me and my colleague choosen this hotel as its location near to PICC and only 10minutes driving frm hotel to PICC. The hotel is pretty new, the design is simple and nice. We check in late at night, check in process a bit slow. Staff is friendly..The room is clean and with full amenities and toiletries. There is a big plasma TV. The rates included simple breakfast for two persons.

It was the first time checking in the hotel. I had to send my daughter to the nearby college and chose the hotel as it's the closest and cheapest too. It even had the government rate. What I like most is the size of the room that is quite large for 2 and for the price. It could fit an extra bed that still allows more space for 3 persons. There's 7-Eleven just next to it. Self-service laundries, Malay and Mamak restaurants are also available in the same block of the hotel. I like the interior design of the hotel that is modern and simple. For the toilet of the hotel room, there is no lock so it is not advisable to share a room with friends should privacy when using toilets is a concern. In addition, the toilet is partially covered with glass and half-way tinted. That means you can see people's legs when they use the toilet and the sink areas. However, in overall a room is more than expected to be occupied by 2 or 3 persons of a family. The breakfast was simple yet delicious. Until now I still could recall the good taste of its "kampung" fried rice during my first check-in. Do try!

We stayed at d boutique for 3 nights on our first visit to KL. We chose the hotel because of price and location to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised with the jacuzzi suite and all the comforts the large room had to offer! The hotel is new, clean, comfortable and has an amazing staff! We booked the hotel for 2 more nights as we are flying in and out of LCCT.
Breakfast is not that great but comes with the room price. There is an amazing Chinese restaurant Soon Yi accross the street from the hotel with yummy food and friendly workers.
Anytime we needed a taxi the front desk ladies gladly accommodated us with inexpensive and and extremely nice drivers. Our driver to and from LCCT stopped both times to get our daughter chips and ice cream on the way to the airport!
The taxis from KL international and LCCT don't know exactly where d boutique is so you need to have directions or tell them to go to Dengkil by the big KFC and its about 1 km farther than the big KFC.
Overall, we rate this hotel 5/5 for comfort, price and friendliness!

This hotel is one of the closest to the airport without being subject to some of the extortionate prices that can be found there. It is very reasonably priced and the rooms are well kitted out with TV, aircon etc. We had to leave early so didn't get to try it but a complimentary breakfast is included. One complaint I had was with arranging a taxi to the airport. We were flying from LCCT and had given ourselves an hour to get there. The receptionist the night before said he would arrange a taxi for the morning. I dont know what happened but in the morning there were two taxi drivers there neither of which wanted to go to LCCT. The reception staff were totally unhelpful and didnt explain the situation to me. Instead of being at the airport on time it was a mad nerve wracking rush at 6:30am which i really could have done without. I still dont know what the issue was but the staff need to be more communicative. My advice would be to leave a lot of time for your trip to the airport. Even though its about a half hour drive give yourself an hour minimum!

Anyway apart from that fiasco it was a good place to stay. There are 3/4 little places to eat right outside which do reasonable food.

The best way to get there we found is to get the train to Putrajaya/Cyberjaya and then book a taxi from the kiosk. Ask for Dengkil and say D Boutique (like previous reviewers have said noone knows where it is) its 1km extra a
long the road from the KFC on the left hand side. It is slightly set back from the road and difficult to see at first. Look out for a group of restaurants and an auto repair centre. If you have paid the cabbie from the kiosk he will juat have to drive around until he finds it. Maybe try and print out a map on google maps or show him your phone.

It's very comfortable to stay here with a large room & I had a good relaxing stay after attend the whole day course in putrajaya. The hotel is very clean and nice. Very friendly staff. For those government servant, this hotel actually accept payment by local order and the room rates are affordable. Even they are serve a very simple breakfast, but its ok for me.

It just take 15 mins from hotel to putrajaya and if you're going there by taxi; it will cost only RM15 only. From klia to d boutique hotel by taxi limo only 20 mins & will cost u about RM42.20 only.

nice location with all the needed amenities around the hotel. easy to find despite the hotel is hidden behind a row of show lot. as i'm going for day use purposed, nothing much that i expect from this, but in overall, the location is good. only thing is that it is located on top of a mama, therefore, it will be quite noisy if you were be staying in a room with windows.

Hi Gemini: Indeed, my wife and I stayed there. Our room was not noisy at all.... and the hotel is located near the "main road". It is also very easy if you need to access Putrajaya. Employees at the hotel were very helpful in providing easy to understand directions! We enjoyed our stay... and DEFINITELY will return! I hope that this was helpful!!
