The Everly Putrajaya

No. 1 Jalan Alamanda 2 Precint 1, Putrajaya 62000 Malaysia
Stayed here for a night. The room reminded me of the budget hotels in Europe. The room was basic but functional with no expectations of above average. I like the concept of not using plastic bottles water. Water dispensers are allocated strategically outside the room. The room equipped with ironing board & iron, hairdryer. The toiletries are of the standard of what to be expected of any other hotels. The towels are quite worn off so are the pillows. Losing the plumpness. The breakfast was decent

Situated in the heart of Putrajaya, The Everly's location is very convenient for guests who have meetings or events at nearby government offices. Some of those offices, such as the Ministry of Health, is even walking distance away. Alamanda shopping center is also next door. Thus, the hotel is both convenient for guests attending meetings and for looking for a place to eat. The hotel has a swimming pool although it is rather small, and a spacious gym. Today I saw a yoga class and zumba class going on. Breakfast is okay with a decent variety of food. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although the airconditioning sometimes cannot be controlled. There are no hot tubs but the hot water and water pressure is adequate. Bath stalls are a bit narrow. While basic bath amenities are provided, toothbrush and toothpaste are not. All in all, the hotel is convenient and fits the purpose for those attending meetings in Putrajaya, not really for a luxurious retreat.

The hotel was nice, with ample parking bay in the basement. Check in was smooth, and the front desk staff tried his best to accommodate my request (thank you Mr Qayyum).

5 mins walk to Alamanda, so is convenient in case you need to get anything/wanna watch a movie at the cinema.. can just barrel-roll down from the hotel lobby.

The cons was just that i found that the carpet flooring in the room is dirty. Stains, hairs and unexpectedly a toy piece. Maybe its time to rip it out or clean it with the strongest detergent you can find.

Stayed for one night on a business trip together with my wife and child. Called first and the price stated was abit high so I booked through online app which is much cheaper.

During my late arrival, the FO Ms Apple did the check in swiftly and surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite. Thanks!

The Junior Suite is a king bedded room with spacious interior which feels luxurious. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable plus it is conveniently located next to Alamanda. My child loves the bath tub and we really enjoyed our stay. Sadly, our booking does not include breakfast but the price given was way cheaper than normal price.

Definitely will return and I wish the Everly Putrajaya all the best and thanks again Ms Apple for your kind gesture.

The hotel in conveniently located next to a mall, with lots of options for food. There is also a GSC cinema in the mall.

I was given the executive room on check in and room size is adequate. Room was clean and well presented.

WiFi is free but connectivity is sketchy. At times I had to switch off my WiFi and use my own data.

Parking is available and free for guest. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Overall a good first experience with the hotel.

In order to evaluate the service quality of a hotel one have to see it at its busiest. The property was fully occupied when we stayed and it's indeed a delight to witness a Malaysian hotel handle so many guests in such an efficient and friendly manner! They have excellent conference/function facilities and the food was of a very high standard (which sadly is a rarity amongst Putrajaya hotels). Despite it's age, the property is fairly well maintained and was informed that the property will be undergoing refurbishment soon.
An unusual and delightful feature of the hotel is the interesting and unique sculptures at the entrance of the hotel.
in all, a very pleasant stay thanks to the impressive team at Everley Putrajaya.

Just checked out this morning and writing this. The stay in this hotel was way beyond good. To start with, yesterday while checkin, I was with 2 tired children and lucky enough the front desk staff named Lynn( hope i spelled her name right)was there to assist. The checkin process was very very fast and she along with the bellboy were very welcoming. The room was neat and clean. It was just the right kind of room where you would want to retire after a long day or journey. Special mention for one fnb staff , Richard. He was very warm. The food in the cafe is really good and worth a try. Very hygenic and tasty. I would personally recommend Everly Putrajaya to all who plan to visit Putrajaya. Just to mention, it is connected to a big mall. I thank all the staffs i came across during my stay. God Bless.

My room was invaded at 3.30am. I was rudely woken up by new guests who were given access card to my room. They would have gotten in if I had not chained the door. I called reception to enquire about it, and the receptionist asked me who I was and why I was in the room. What kind of hotel checks you in and not have you in the system. I had to verify myself when I was the one whose room was invaded!! The next morning when I complained to the manager, all she said was it was a computer system problem and they will look into it. No apologies...it was like they don't take these kinds of security breach as a serious issue. How can one feel secure staying in this hotel, especially when one is a female traveling alone? It's totally unacceptable. Would not recommend staying at this hotel!!

Nice new hotel. Breakfast not so many choices but taste good. Room is cleanliness is average because the floor is a bit dirty. Staff is nice & friendly. Have issues on TV not working on my entire 2night stay and make complaint twice at Reception, but not solve it and care to report back to me the problem.

Drinking water in rooms taste like tap water and feels not hygienic.

Rooms has a really nice view

Stayed in Everly Putrajaya based on a last-minute decision due to the water crisis in KL and Selangor. The room deal was extremely hard to resist, hence booked a room for 3d2n. The first night, was given a deluxe room on the first floor, let just say it didn't meet our expectation. Was given a change of room on the 12th floor the next day, and thank God it was much cleaner.

Ratings:
1. Hotel Reception: 3 stars
2. Cleanliness: Room on 1st floor: 1 star, Room on the 12th floor: 4 stars
3. Food: Sandwiches sold at the lobby: 4.5 stars yummy
4. Bed: huge twin bed, fits 1 adult and 1 child comfortably: 4 stars
5. Staff: 3 stars
6. Overall ambiance: 3.5 stars
7. Value for money: 5 stars
