Been to Everly Hotel few times for short weekend getaway since the location was near and got plenty of eateries at nearby mall. Was quite disappointed at recent stay when we have to wait for more than 2 hours waiting for our dinner through room dining. This shouldn't happen at such facilities.
No complaint at all. Love it. Luv the suite at executive room level 15. The room have microwave so i can preheat my food. The location is nice. I can go to Putrajaya central to take erl tu airport. Bye
The so called Putrajaya Hotel must have its own standard. But this Everly Hotel must have thrown its standard somewhere else. With a rude receptionist via inhouse phone , right to its coffee house without proper enforcement. My family and I made a decision to stay at this Hotel due to the water crisis in Selangor. Chose this Hotel believing a Hotel next to Alamanda and in Putrajaya must have its own personality and highest standard compare to others. Well check in was fast ..I have to give that a credit. So fast in which we are unable to discuss other matters like family rooms or additional bed. I booked and clearly stated I have 2 kids which in my intention to settle in for family rooms or atleast an additional beds. But due to fast check in..we were advise to call the reception anytime. Here is where the problem start...firstly, we requested extra towels and blanket. The rude receptionist just said its not free..is chargeable for RM 20/ for a towel and RM 50/ for a blanket. So I opt for extra bed...she said you come down and pay RM 60/ then we arrange. And this kind of choice of words for a Putrajaya 4 Star Hotel..? I would rather go somewhere else in future. Secondly...a covid 19 SOP is good. But a SOP without proper guidance is rather ridiculous. Breakfast in coffee house is always good to start your day. And knowing they provide a plastic glove for everyone to take the buffet is a comforting thought. But to my surprise , it is only a box of plastic glove for option if you wanna wear it or not. And still people can grab their food without proper protection. And worse case scenario it is only for kids wear it and play around. I mean KKM should inspect this Hotel and scrutinize its F&B Manager. What a poor standard for a 4 Star Hotel.…
Stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping standards have dropped.No tissue on 1st day, phone not working. No toiletries , carpet not clean, sink clogged on 2nd day. At least the bed linen was clean. Staff were friendly but think understaff? Breakfast buffet good with SOP such as gloves provided, staff cleans table with sanitizer. Overall , was a comfortable stay but seriously need to improve housekeeping
Awesome hospitality from counter to Cafe, gym and house keeping. Awesome breakfast selection by Good physical distancing and glove on handling food. Love our weekend staycation due to water crisis at home
