No choice ..my new year trip to kk have to stay at this hotel bcos most of the hotel was fully booked.i think there is aspect that like during my stay was the room is spacious and clean, secure parking lot and efficient and friendly staff counter.of course there is few things that i dont like such as this place located near airport, sound from take off and landing plane sometimes unbearable and bit far from city centre other this i have no concern..value for money i have spent.happy new year.best wished to all reader.tq tripadvisor
We reserved online and by looking at the price it is pretty reasonable with our tight budget and the hotel seems nice. But things got the otherwise when we arrive at the hotel. Here are the list; a) We reserved 3 parking lot but none are reserved and the parking lot are full b) Maintenance of landscape are poor. The grasses are long and never been cut quite a long time I believe c) The facilities are there but few aren't fully functional. i.e: Freezer, TV, Gas cooker, switch outlet d) Dust everywhere Lesson learnt and I recommend not to stay in this hotel. To the hotel management, please step up your game!
Was staying for 3 days on an initial plan. Choosen via Agoda with a good cheap price without really look at the reviews.First, the place is quite isolated from the beach site, sandwiched between 2 schools and housing area make it difficult to locate, and Google maps doesn't locate the Hotel aswell. being away from the beach area, I found it hard to get food nearby, you have to walk 10 -15 minutes to the nearest shoplots at Tanjung Aru Town..rather a few block of old shoplots so to speak. Walking to the beach will take you probably 30 minutes or more. The first day checkin I immediately sensed that this is an old building with rundown facilities, the pool dried, the surrounding is not really kept tidy and the room is from the 80's although equipped with aircondition and hot shower. The tunoff factor for me is no generator to supply electricity at the time of blackout which I experienced during my stay, there is power failure from 4.00pm untill the next day and I have to sleep in a hot and steamy dark room without any assistance from the hotel management. To make matter worse, early in the morning there is no water to shower, reason being the Hotel have to pump up the water to the tank for the Hotel usage since there is no electricity no water can be pump.So.. I just walk out from that Hotel. So I would highly not recommend it to others.…
We rent it via agoda due to great n very cheap price... But the hotel address is not updated with google maps, so we have a lots of confusion regarding the location. At first glance, the place look scary n sad, my kids really have doubt to stay or run away but when we went to the room, it is clean, spacious n very comfortable bed....for rm170 per night for 1 queen bed n 2 single bed, I think no other hotel offered the same value... Plus we are planning most our time n activities outside the hotel, I think it is ok just for stay in this hotel for sleep... N our child have great sleep on their own bed, thus we decide to continue stay in this hotel for another night !!!! N we are happy for that Drawback - no breakfast, tv channel poor reception n the pool, I think it is not function since last few years review so I concluded it will not be function for next future, so don't be deceived by the hotel picture Will we come back to this hotel... Not really sure, depend to budget But if the owner improve n maintain the pool, YES we might come back if we going to KK in the future...…
Bad rooms with balcony converted into a bathroom and shoeer. Toilet bowl designed for a pygmy. Bates Motel style. Unprofessional staff who actually asked for payment after seeing my printed payment paper. Never a "good morning" or "hi"or "bye" from staff. No breakfast provided. For that price you pay, you can do better than that. Try the hotel C'haya on the next road, for example.
Rundown, abandoned and lacking virtually all the facilities listed on Agoda (unless a half empty fridge of soft drinks counts as a "bar"), the flooded bathroom, flickering strip lights and unlit abandoned pool, made this feel like a sleazy dangerous and depressing highway motel from a budget horror movie set in New Mexico. And I am being generous. Combined with the "mid range" $45 price tag (I would have felt ripped off if I'd paid $10 so $45 was a joke!) and the fact that despite being 3 minutes from the budget terminal the taxi still costs RM25 or RM50 if you have an early flight makes this the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I tried to give it zero stars, but TA requires a minimum of one. If you need a hotel near the airport shell out and extra couple of dollars and for the love of god stay anywhere but here.…
On their website they promise pool, restaurant and satellite-tv.. Yeah well there's none of those things. It would be nice to go to pool on a sunny day or get some food when it's raining so much u don't want to walk few km to nearest restaurant. All u get is dirty room with mold and a LOT of ants! Staff is not helpful or friendly at all. So the website is full of lies basically. Stay away.
I stayed here for like 3days, the proximity to the airport is good but the fall back is that its way too far from the main city. I mean you'll spend money for taxi aside from the fact that you will travel for 10-15mins. Meanwhile, i was a bit disappointed with the rooms. I supposed this is a 3star hotel but ive visited one budget hotel and its way better than seapark. Wifi can reach up to the rooms while in the seapark only at the lobby. I hate the idea of having our rooms cleaned without us knowing. It could have been better if at least they will inform us that they will do dusting and changing of linens. However, the receptionist is ok and friendly. We have no problems with the staff even if we transferred from one room to another. Actually this lady escorted us to 3rooms on different buildings, hehe, as the first room is not good for us. Anyway, thanks seapark for accomodating us.…
Literally 3 minutes from Terminal 2, so ideal for am flights on Air Asia. Hotel very basic. Friendly staff. Make sure you arrange transport in advance as location means few options available. Rooms are backpacker plus standard and I would. Ot choose to stay here unless I had an early morning flight.
This hotel served its purpose for us, we needed a hotel close to the airport for an overnight stop, we had stayed 6 nights earlier in the week at Le Méridien which was a much better spot and obviously better as its much more expensive. On the plus side this hotel is walking distance to the beach and there are some nice bars and restaurants down there. But we didn't like the immediate location - its next to a school and a main road and in an area you wouldn't want to walk around at night. Staff were nice, there is a pool and its only 1km from the airport. So good for the overnight necessity but I wouldn't plan an extended holiday here.
