Checked in around 6pm took over an hour for our rooms to be ready, waited in Lobby for ever, finally got our room keys went to our room, one of the rooms was actually occupied by someone else, back...

There are two things i look for in a hotel. Comfortability and Food. Checked in the hotel with the friendliest staffs, very hospitable, and felt comfortable just like at home. However, after a exciting day in KK, I wouldnt wish to walk far than i should to get my food to fill my empty tummy. I was looking forward to...

The staff is giving me smiling face. Room is clean, bathroom clean. Good for couple stay. Shopping mall is just beside the hotel, u can find things to eat or shop there (for those who want to have relaxing trip only). If u rent a car better be careful. The parking there charged RM6 for 4 hours, 1 day RM8,...

This is a friendly, clean hotel in the middle of 1Borneo. The room was clean and had all the needs for a business trip. Things worked - TV, wifi, shower. Comfortable bed with comfortable pillows. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was fresh.

Staff on service desk are awesome, super friendly and polite. The mall is attached to the hotel which is either handy or horrible, depending on you're own personal preference. Food here is okay, local dishes better than European options. The pictures of the hotel are deceiving though, the pool doesn't look as glam as shown above, also there's a giant...

Check-in and check out are really fast. We requested for change room due to noise from main road and the staff are efficient without long waiting. However the rooms are 3 star standard, it is clean but facilities are aged. Breakfast is okay, mainly local dishes. Overall are okay but it will be much better if they refurbish the hotel...

Stayed with my husband and 2yo daughter. This hotel is attached to the one Borneo mall and the staffs was friendly and that's the only advantage. The breakfast has not much choice and was not good. The hotel lobby was under maintenance. Very noisy place. I expected a better breakfast for the price I paid. Quite a distance from main...
