If you like to meet other travellers, this is the place for you. Double room with air con are cheap, as the dorms. Place is cleaned every day. You can book tours and ask all you want to know. Staff super relax, and extremely helpful. They helped us for renting a car, booking some tours, finding a dentist. Just great...

Basic hostel. Cheap. Dark room which backed out onto terrace where toilets and showers were so it was not quiet. Shared toilet and showers in reasonable condition, pretty clean. Obviously no towels provided but wouldn't expect it for the price we paid. Breakfast was bread and jam but again for what was paid I can't complain. Ordered a taxi to...

It's cheap with a good location right on Jalan Gaya.the hotel is very dated and not the cleanest of places. Had a private room which faced onto the sink area outside, so had to keep the curtains closed. The security was very good with coded panels t enter each floor and the breakfast was a simple fair of bread and...

Among the cheaper hostels for private rooms, that was what attracted us. The double room with fan was okay. The staff is friendly and willing to help you out. The breakfast is self service with toast and jam.

Pros: clean, well organised, cctv, central location. Cons: gekkos in the shower (!!!), very thin mattresses. Tip: it's worth paying the small extra charge for airconditioning (it's much better than sleeping in an oven)

Stayed in a private room which was small but cool - AC and ceiling fan, window overlooked the wash basins though son had to keep curtains enclosed, also window didn't close due to a big attached vent - bit strange. Showers and toilets were clean and breakfast was simple but good, toast and bananas, free boiled water too. Not much...

We stayed here for 2 nights after our climb up Mt K. It was clean and tidy in the dorms with wifi working there as well as the common areas. Showers were clean and good. Staff were helpful with advising for things. Breakfast provided too. Overall recommended.

Decided to move here for a night from another dorm. The dorm provides basic facilities. I stayed in the dorm with A/C. Overall the place is clean and secure (electronic gate). Breakfast is provided (banana, toast, coffee, tea). Spacious common area where you can smoke and have your coffee. There's a computer with internet access. Free WiFi available. The staffs...
