Stayed in the Standard King Room, price is reasonable for clean and spacious room despite facing the highway, it wasn't as noisy as I initially thought it would be. Arrived KK at 735am, couldn't check in till 2pm but was told I could just leave my luggage there first so I could go about with my day. The receptionist was helpful. Due to work, didn't have time to go out for lunch so ordered room service. The Nasi Goreng Kampung Istimewa was really good and the corn soup was good as well. Lady who served me was very friendly.

Very clean, convenience for travellers as its near to kk airport. The hotel is located in a small town that have ATM, bank, many cafe, shop & a mall just a short walk nearby. Breakfast included & a small bar. Overall very satisfied with the hotel service & location.

We took the junior king suite and the price is reasonable with clean and spacious room. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby as well as malls, airport and city centre. Basic amenities such as comb and tooth brush are provided too and the staff is helpfull. But additional items such as pillows and towels are chargeable, so request for a replacement NOT additional

Best part of this hotel is their staff. Courteous and efficient. Night duty manager Arthur was quick to change my room when I complained of noises. There are many other restaurants and supermarket next to the hotel. Things can be improved——breakfast, mould in shower recess, pillows and sound insulation.

Worst service. No value for money. The hotel charge ridiculous amount of money for certain things without prior or visible notice. Like a trap. The hotel also wouldn't produce invoice for certain payments made to them and they keep some transactions off record. Beware of their deceit and dishonesty. Fishy.
