We stayed here one night very close to eating places and waterfront and the market. Be careful not to get a parking ticket in this area. The double queen room on 7th floor was clean in the bed area but the bathroom was such a let down it was very dirty and mouldy. The room we viewed on the first floor had a nicer bathroom. Overall good for a nights stay. I also recommend going to the ferry terminal and visiting an island they are all very similar so no need to visit all if your short on time, we visited Mamutik. Enjoy!

Was only in KK for one night and was looking for a nice hotel located in the city centre. This I found. The room I had was quite big and very clean. Nice view from the 6th floor. The bathroom tiles looked a bit old. Good WIFI connection in the room.

Lucky 11 hotel. The rooms are very basic and small but reasonably clean. A/c works well. There is no separate shower but plenty of hot water. The lobby has a large lounge area and a table if you need stronger wifi. The best thing about the hotel is the wonderful sweet front desk staff. The location is perfect for exploring downtown KK. Shopping, restaurants and night markets are nearby. The Sunday market is behind the hotel. For booking tours, Marilyn Lai at Marudu Express travel service is fantastic. The office is in Wisba Sabah just a couple of blocks away.

As an expat in Sabah I've stayed at quite a few places in KK and nothing compares to the Lucky 11 Hotel. We usually book a King Room and were lucky enough to get a corner apartment which is a little more spacious. The rooms are well appointed and are incredibly clean which include modern bathroom, good working aircon, great wifi signal, and all your basic needs.

You can't beat the location of this hotel with all of our favourite places to eat, laundry, shopping centre, and services only a stones throw away.

The staff are extremely friendly and are all too willing to help out. Will be back!

It located in the central and heap of restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly, however, the room is just basic, no toothbrush and shampoo provided, strong smell from the towel and a house gecko founded next to the bed.

Arrived at 00:30, the check-in process was so quick. The lobby is on the 2nd level. Ground level is only the elevator.
They put us in ROOM 669 at level 5. Stayed here for 3days.
MYR50-70 for deposit.

We were surprised when we open the room.
The room was not same as shown in the website.
The carpet so smell, so it really gave effect to our breath.
Room space was good enough for me, husband, and our 3 kids ( 11,8,4 ).

The ONLY BEST from this hotel is the LOCATION.
GAYA SUNDAY MARKET is right at the back of this hotel.

I'm choosing this budget hotel as I arrive late night and will join the tour in the next morning.
Location is very strategic, room is clean and front-desk staff is very friendly.
As this hotel located as busy area, I expecting the noise from the outside, but I am wrong. Its quite surprise that the room wall is soundproof.
