I booked this hotel after reviewing the ratings on agoda.com. First of all the location is great, right in the center of gaya street. But its a very small hotel, with tiny room. Worst thing is, we were given a room with so many problems. Firstly the toilet do not flush, which is a huge issue. Then the way they...

This hotel is on the oldest street in KK. Even smoking is not allowed in the whole hotel, the room was very smelly and you can smell cigarets everytime you turn on air condition. Also you can hear your neighbors as you are with them in the room. The staff is very friendly.

his hotel seems to be in a pretty good location, right in the middle of what appears to be the main tourist and business area. The room in the hotel was very, very small, but actually laid out very well, and was very functional and clean. The room included a hot water kettle, the showers were good and the bed...

When I checked-in the card to my room wasn't working, the door wouldn't open. Called the reception, one of the staff came and tried for about 20 minutes but to no avail. I was really tired having just climbed Mt Kinabalu & arrived in KK that evening so all i wanted was to shower & sleep. Was getting really frustrated,...

Good hotel ! Although not too big but this hotel is very clean and is located in gaya street, the heart of KK Town. The rooms are small but neat and functional. Clean bathrooms and hot water facilities are also working well. Available luggage storage and tour desk in the lobby area. The morning breakfast is also available, where guests...

We stayed here only one night - had planned to stay two but was not satisfied with the room. Problems: 1. As many other reviewers have noted, there is a problem with the shower seals. After taking our showers, we found that a large amount of water had pooled on the floor. Even though there is a drain in the...

We're satisfied for the value we paid for our 2 night stay there. The staffs were friendly and helpful, you can always ask for drinking water from them. Room was very neat and nice, room space was appropriate for 3 of us to stay in and the air-con temperature was suitable for us. Beds were clean and very comfy, we...

Overall we were happy with this hotel for the money we paid. Unlike others our sheets were always clean. We stayed there for 8 nights in 2 blocks of 4 and so had 2 different rooms. In both rooms the shower door would not seal properly and so the floor got wet although there was a drain by the toilet....

Requested twin room but was given an "upgrade" to Queen room which was not an upgrade at all. The queen room was very small, hardly any space to put our bags & shoes & space for Muslim travellers to pray. Cleanliness was VERY DISAPPOINTING. Upon arrival had to request for a bedsheet change because it had stains & hair on...
