This hotel promotes the local culture environment whereby you are encouraged to take photos with the local Kadazan costume provided. It is strategically situated right in the heart of Kota Kinabalu city nearby the famous Philippino Handicraft Center. You can feel the seaside breeze at the Waterfront which is just opposite the hotel. This is also a place to hang...

Been here for 1 night only as we are catching early flight to Penang. The room is quite small but it is ok for the price that we pay. The bed sheets is a bit dirty with stain here and there. Toilet is ok everything is functional. We didn't use the towel for hygiene purposes cos it's also got stain....

The hotel is located near the Philippines market and you can get taxi in the opposite street very easily. However, the bed and the bathroom are little bit smelly and not that clean. Overall, not bad.

Small bedroom. Faulty air conditioner like seriously it blows wind only. Low water pressure in the bathroom. Can hear people working outside since the wall was so thin. Dirty matress cover. Old shower towel. Overprice for what it charged.

Let me start on the positive notes. It is located near the places you ought to go in KK, almost all are in walking distance - waterfront for night life, filipino market, and shopping malls. We even walked from this place going to Jesselton for the island hopping. The employees were very accomodating and assisted us always with beaming smiles,...

I came to KK with 4 of my friends and we've booked this hotel through Air Asia Go. We opted for the deluxe room for a 4 days 3 nights stay. I've experienced staying at other 2 budget hotels in KK during my previous visits. Comparing to the other 2 (i won't mention which), in terms of service, cleanliness, comforts,...

Stayed for a night. Room not so spacious but very cozy. Friendly and helpfull staff. And just walking distance from filipines market. If you are a free and easy traveller, this hotel suits you. You can have a seaview room with price below 200myr.

A decent, clean and very basic hotel. Don't expect luxury but a good value for money. The location is very convenient, the famous night market is 5 mins walk away, a lot of good places to eat and shop around as well.

A dump!! Could not put it any less kinder. Definitely not for the single female traveller let alone anyone else. Hotel reception are rude and unhelpful. Rooms are awful and uninviting.View is dirty and depressing. Lock was loose on door and lots of noise coming from hallways which was unnerving.Bathroom was filthy. I was too scared to sit down anywhere....
