Room very clean Staff very helpful Room good soundproof Bed comfortable but feel slightly shorter (I am 1.65m) & Pillows slightly firm Receptionist helpful Housekeeping fast & helpful Room cleaning upon request, request at the reception when u r going out But extra keycards for lift need extra deposit (RM100) on top of ur cash room deposit (RM200) although refunded upon checkout Room keycards need to request for extra - diff keycard for lift (should just combined - too many cards to handle, diff card for auto parking & retrieval of car) Extra lighting will be better at the sink in bathroom Overall stay is great, will stay here again!

Lovely room and fair value for money. Good location if you want to visit the Tanjung Aru beach. 20 minute walk away. It has potential to be better. Likes • Room is a very good size with lots of space. • Lovely decor throughout and very clean. • Bed is very comfortable and big 🛏 • Smelt lovely throughout the corridor and foyer. • Swimming pool was nice • The views on the rooftop 🏞 • The gym is good (just could be excellent if the below comments can be sorted) Dislikes • Not very clear instructions on how to get to the room. • No TV channels (not a huge issue). • The wardrobe was a little small. • Too many light switches which was confusing. • No Aircon in the gym😳 • No water machine in the gym🥵 • No pins for the machines in the gym. • Female toilets by the gym were bad/smelly. • There’s only 4 sun beds by the pool area. • Loudness of the planes. • Only given one key card and you can’t get access into corridors or use the lift without it. (Very annoying). • Nowhere to get food or drink. The top deck or pool area could really utilise this.…
