Hotel Sixty3 is a truly centrally located hotel in Kota Kinabalu city.It sits on the quaint, bustling, yet charming street of Jalan Gaya (formerly known as Bond Street during colonial times), with the State’s tourist information office right opposite the hotel. The street is flourishing with a myriad of restaurants, bistros and cafes, burgeoning with everything from lifestyle malls (Suria Sabah Mall, Wisma Merdeka) to local side-stalls, and being the city’s business high street, it is surrounded by financial institutions. Also famous for its colourful and vibrant Sunday market, it is evident that Jalan Gaya captures perfectly the essence of life in Kota Kinabalu and at Hotel Sixty3; all of this are just pulses away!

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean room. We enjoyed our stay! My 17 year old son and I stayed in October 2022. We didn't know how to activate the lights although it was very simply to put the card key in the slot which they explained to us very nicely and did not laugh at us which we appreciated! Then we couldn't get the lock box to work and they promptly had staff to assist us with that as well. Very nice staff!

really enjoyed my stay, and I am going back this December. Location is perfect, and the staff is very attentive. the parking rules in KK is quite unfamiliar to me, easy to follow as long as you buy a coupon book though.

I visited Kota Kinabalu for some scuba diving and chose Sixty3 based on reviews and the fact that is was very well located. Walking distance from Jesselton Pier. The rooms are large and for once there is no dearth of storage space considering I was there aa week and unpacked my suitcase into the wardrobes and drawers. There is no F n B and I didnt miss it since there are a lot of eating places and bars on the street outside. Cleanliness is tops and the staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

With the price paid, everything the hotel has to offer certainly exceeded my expectation. What more can I ask for? In addition, the employees always seem happy and genuinely eager to provide the best service. This is a reflection of great leadership from the hotel's management and shareholders. Whoever is managing and leading the hotel operations on a daily basis, congratulations! With Sabah tourism recovering, I hope the business of this hotel will progress so that facilities upgrading and continuous improvement can be made.

The receptions was verry humble and friendly. They welcoming us to come in with smile. The rooms is suitable for family. Very big enough for 4-8 persons. The bathroom is nice. My kids like the movie on TV.

Friendly staff. Nevertheless, the room hygiene is below average. The sofa and chair are dusty and with some kind of beg bugs, causing skin itchiness and rashes whenever I sat on it. Should vacuum the carpet, chair and sofa daily.

Can’t go wrong to choose Hotel Sixty3 for a budget hotel. Excellent location, good service, very well maintained. Very clean. No breakfast, no problem. You are on Jalan Gaya, some good eateries are just mins away. Rooms are surprisingly spacious. Stayed in 2 different room types. Both are clean and big. Went to Mt Kinabalu, Kundasang and Poring at the middle of the trip. Luggage storage was well managed. Have separate room to keep your belongings. Feel safe leaving our stuff behind.
