Checked in at almost 11pm and had no issues checking in to our rooms. We even received complimentary drinks. The room is spacious and comfortable. Only had abit of stains and musty odour on some pillows. We did not receive face towels upon check in but housekeeping added that in the next day. Iron board and iron were also provided...

Hotel is a good value for money. Excellent location. Very centrally located. Directly opposite CenterPoint mall, walking distance to Oceanus Mall & Imago. Rooms facilities are excellent for a busy traveller. Hotel is very generous in their wifi policy. No restriction on number of devices per room. This is far better than a 5 star hotel I stayed in an...

Stayed here with my mom for 2 nights. The location of this hotel is good, as it is exactly located in the city centre. Staffs were friendly, especially the security, who help us lead to our room. Room is quite big, compare to the other hotels I've stayed in KK. Overall, a good hotel, would definitely stay here again. 👍

We stayed for two nights in the city before heading to Mount Kinabalu. Room size was bigger than I expected. Good location in the city. My only complaint is our room where it turned out quite far from the elevator. We had to turn several times just to reach the elevator. It felt like a maze at times. Breakfast was...

Great location. Right in centre by lots of bars and restaurants. The most beautiful sunsets from our sea view room. Bathrooms need a bit of TLC to plaster work and tiles. Looking a little tired. Breakfast was ok, stayed 5 nights while doing tours during the day. No pool which is a downside in the heat. Overall location is the...

A very pleasant hotel for the budget conscious tourist. Affordable and strategic location in a busy commercial area. It's also a gateway to the island hoping trip which is just a stone throw away. The room is very spacious and comfortable for the price range. Good for family vacation as well as business.

The hotel's location is good and the basic (room) facility and breakfast are very good. The staff very friendly. You can get good food easily and the shopping centre just at opposite side. If you like night market then it just take about 10 mins walking distend. If you are tired after shopping then you can get massage centre just...

I stayed for 2 nights (12-14 July). When I first arrived, there was a confusion on the type of room and rate which I reserved with them through phone booking a week earlier. I was not happy at first. Fortunately, the hotel staff managed to settle the issue and I was given the room and rate which were agreed when...
