This is truly a paradise in Malaysia. The room is spacious. Bed mattress is firm. My family liked the room a lot. A must to try the bar. There is a live band, and the service is welcoming and friendly. The spa is another recommendation, because the ladies are professional and friendly.

We enjoyed staying here. The staff was great. It is a little isolated from town so you don't get a lot of dining choices. Food at the hotel was very good. The one bad thing is they have a place called Burger Joes except we couldn't get a burger. Weird. Beautiful setting.

Had a conference here for a week. 200 people. The staff could not be more polite and accommodating. The place has great facilities for a conference and the food was fantastic. Good place to holiday, especially with kids as there is plenty for the little ones to do - waterslides, ice cream huts etc. It also has Adult only areas...

I was here for a business trip during the Chinese New Year. The hotel was full but credit to the stuff that the service was still top quality. The hotel is little old but part of the hotel has been refurnished. I will be looking forward to bring my kids here for a revisit once the refurnishing work is done.

Upon arriving at the hotel we had no luggage as the airline hadn't managed to get it to our second flight. However, the reception staff immediately handed us a survival pack which contained all the things we may need until our cases were returned. The concierge James was very helpful and assisted us in finding out where our cases were...

We stayed at this hotel over Chinese New Year when it was at 100% capacity. In most cases, the resort was large enough to still feel private and enjoyable.
